Just picked up a Double Mushroom Double Cheese pizza! Excellent pizza and excellent manager and staff! Thank you! The pizza tastes GREAT! Highly recommend!
Ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and when it arrived, I could see through the toppings to the sauce and crust. I called them to let them know I didn't think it was made right and the person on the phone claimed he was the manager and that he made my pizza right and that I was just being a b**** and hung up. I was appalled. We started ordering from the Oak Ridge location that thankfully opened. However, a year after this, we were having a get together with friends and my husband chose to order from this location only to receive an order that was 100% wrong. When he called, the guy told him he would give him a refund but he couldn't fix the order because they were closing in 40 minutes, that a 16 year old girl worker had just left and they had other orders. I was amazed that he was telling people a girl that age was leaving and makes me worry about her safety. My husband offered that he could drive up there to pick up his order or get the money back. The guy told him he would call the police if he showed up there. So we never got our correct order, didn't get a refund or a credit. Will never go back here again. Lesson learned.
