App won't let me place an order and I've waited 10min on the phone and no one is answering

The customer service is impeccable. I ordered Parmesan wings for delivery and received plain ones by mistake. I called and let them know and was in turn sent a new order to make up for the error. Thank you for all you Do :) they are delicious

Just picked up a Double Mushroom Double Cheese pizza! Excellent pizza and excellent manager and staff! Thank you! The pizza tastes GREAT! Highly recommend!

Ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and when it arrived, I could see through the toppings to the sauce and crust. I called them to let them know I didn't think it was made right and the person on the phone claimed he was the manager and that he made my pizza right and that I was just being a b**** and hung up. I was appalled. We started ordering from the Oak Ridge location that thankfully opened. However, a year after this, we were having a get together with friends and my husband chose to order from this location only to receive an order that was 100% wrong. When he called, the guy told him he would give him a refund but he couldn't fix the order because they were closing in 40 minutes, that a 16 year old girl worker had just left and they had other orders. I was amazed that he was telling people a girl that age was leaving and makes me worry about her safety. My husband offered that he could drive up there to pick up his order or get the money back. The guy told him he would call the police if he showed up there. So we never got our correct order, didn't get a refund or a credit. Will never go back here again. Lesson learned.

Pizza was cold when delivered and we picked it up immediately after delivery. Ordered a garden and not all veggies were on there. Sorry we tipped above the 20%

Y'all need to hire some delivery drivers. How can you advertise delivery from 11am to 11pm, but not be able to deliver till 5pm, when I placed the order and 11:30 am.
They are always on point and get our orders perfect every time. Delivery service is Hands down the best they are so quick, Always polite and respectful. They also keep a history of orders For those That order the same pie or pastas.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered first time they allowed me to place my order 45 minutes later I call to see where my order is at at which point they did inform me that at my time of calling it was after business hours and my order was never processed and was not going to be delivered so we are here now 3 months later and I make another order to give them another opportunity to do something right order two pizzas tell them I'm paying with credit card but no one bothers to take my credit card information at the time of order to receive payment delivery driver shows up at my house with the pizzas I go to pay for the pizzas with a credit card he has to call and I stand outside in the cold for 5 minutes and finally I just decide to pay with cash. Then at which point I bring the pizzas in I opened the boxes and I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza with no onions and what do I have a buffalo chicken pizza with onions so to say it nicely I am not impressed at all with any service I've received from this store up to this point the people I talk to rude the service is absolutely horrible and they don't even get your order right if they even get your order delivered at all so from my experience this is an absolutely horrible location to try to get some food from.

My order was delivered and half of it was missing, I called the store to attempt to have the rest of my order delivered and they told me it was on the way, I waited an hour and it hadn’t shown up so I called the store to ask for a refund so the young man who answered put his manager, Wesley Cooper, on the phone. I explained the situation as to why I was calling to Wesley and asked for a refund since still haven’t received my order and they said they had forgotten to send it out with the driver that her was almost back and he would bring it to me but since they were sending my order out with the driver they would not refund me my money, even though I’ve now called twice, they forgot part of my order the first time, I called and they were supposed to send it out and forgot again, and have now waited a hour for my order and still nothing. Well now it’s been two hours since I called the first time asking for the rest of my order to be delivered and I have still yet to receive order. I will also add that my conversation with Wesley was less than satisfactory as he opted to not refund my money, then refused to give me a contact name for his manager and a time that they would be in, he then proceeded to hold a rude tone, in no way professional in a customer service environment or when dealing with a customer. After he finally told me a contact name for his manager he hung the phone in my face while I was asking how long the driver would take to get me my order, and like I said, 2 hours later and I’ve still yet to receive it. The food I did receive was delicious, but the manager should be fired for talking to and treating customers in the manner he did.

Jake was the delivery driver who delivered my pizza in excellence!!! So nice and on time. Food was amazing and I'll definitely be ordering again. I did feel sorry for him with the neighbors kids playing in the street but he was super careful driving pass them and nice!
