So I personally have bought several of the stocking stuffer $3 coupon books from McDonald's. I gave them out to several people that I personally know that are currently homeless in the Knoxville area. One of my homeless ladies called me and said hey they won't honor these what do I do. I proceeded to call McDonald's with all due respect I don't appreciate being hung up on or being sent to voicemail. I will be contacting your corporate office. There's absolutely no sense for rudeness.Also giving a false name when answering the phone. Is very rude.Shame on the management at Emory Road McDonald's.

Absolutely terrible you never get what you ask for and when you do it's old af.
The little dude didn't speak Spanish which wa s fine but then some chick had to come to the window pretty much yelling at us.
Came through the drive thru and was the only car. Waited a good 60 seconds and nobody greeted us or took our order. Then, more cars pull up. The proceed to take 2 other cars orders and then ask me “has anyone taken your order”. Then we get our food (happy meal and holiday pie) and realize they forgot the holiday pie. They also didn’t even close the happy meal all the way before handing it to me. I kindly remind the woman who I believe was a manager. She then tells me it wasn’t on the ticket. I dig out my ticket and sure enough, like I told her, it was on there. Already frustrated she hands me the pie (not even in a bag, gross). She yells at me as I’m driving off not to snatch that out of her hand. So I stop and tell her why I am frustrated with my experience and she yells “don’t come back”. I’ve never had someone serving me goods I am paying them for talk so rudely. Do not recommend.

Went through the drive thru to grab a McChicken sandwich. The process was quick, my order was correct, and the food was surprisingly very fresh. No complaints here!

Gave me wrong order and then when I called back they hung up on me and kept the phone off the hook!!! It’s ridiculous that they run an establishment that way!!! This happens everytime I go to the Emory rd location and I’ve been a manager at a restaurant before it’s just ridiculous how these managers and employees are these days

Ordered a 10 pc nugget, basket of fries, and 4 hamburgers. Was told to pull to reserve spot. Waited 30 minutes, and they forgot my fries. Waited another 10 minutes for my entire order. They can take smoke breaks but it takes 40 mins for a simple order? Multiple people around me were parked too. Ridiculous.

I wish I could give them 0 stars I didn’t know they was running a daycare with kids behind the counter with no shoes they are very rude and don’t care about their customers or employees
The incompetence at the store is incredible. I didn’t realize a crispy Chicken sandwich was only supposed to be a bun with nothing else including the chicken. Spare yourself and go to a different location if u want ur food made properly.

Says inside is open until 11 but that's totally not true because I got there after 5min after 10 And no one opened the door and some younger employee just stayed they're and started at me. I could understand if they were understaffed or something but they should have put a note on the door and the young girl could have waffle over to the door and explained the situation.
