25 minutes behind only 3 cars and a less than half-full dining room, and the young lady at the drive-thru couldn’t get my simple one petro and sweet tea order straight. Ya’ll need to get some help!

The guy behind me kept coughing on me. I was able to move.

Parking: I enjoy their orange tea it is a favorite. The loaded baked potatoes was scrumptious.

Picked up food from drive thru. Food was just okay and was lukewarm at best. Very disappointed. There was no reason for the food to be lukewarm. Large petro is $8.99 + tax. I have better restaurants I can go to and spend my money and get hot food.

Food is pretty good but poor customer service. I have ordered the grilled chicken nachos multiple times and the portion of chicken is way too small for the price. Not a huge deal but even paying for extra they do not give enough. And I mean the portion is TINY. Like three or four tiny cubes of chicken. The biggest issue is that when I tried to ask questions about it they weren't very helpful, and the manager didn't seem to care and dismissed my concerns about the portion sizes being inconsistent. Kept me waiting for too long when it should have been resolved quickly. Mostly I was disappointed with their customer service more than anything. Please do better! It's not that difficult.

I ordered 2 Double Dog Meals. I got the slaw dogs for both meals. When I got home, not 5 mins away, all 4 slaw dogs were room temperature along with the chili. There's no way they could've gotten this cold without sitting out somewhere for extended period of time. The kicker was the chili being cold. That's what peteos is known for. They tasted like wet dog for some reason. I've ordered these before from this same location and was satisfied enough to order again. This was definitely not as good. It was so bad I'm not even sure I'll come here for a Petros even. The worst part is I threw away over half of our order and it was more than $18 for the order. Vol Market on Western Avenue is where I should've gone, I was going here for convenience. That's what I get for being lazy I suppose.

Stopped by the drive thru 20 minutes ago and ordered food. Got to the hospital across town because my father is having surgery and noticed that my order was incorrect.
Called back to rectify the situation only to be told that the owner could only offer us a free drink. Spent 30 dollars there and come thru often so one would expect better customer service. I lay the blame directly on the owner because the employee admitted that he rang it up incorrectly. I won't be back.

This might be my favorite Petro's. Yes, I have been to several of them, and I really like the Petro potato, as well as the original Petro. There is just something natural about chili and corn chips that they go so well together. This location has always had friendly and fast service. The parking lot is a little small, but I still managed to maneuver a large trailer through it and get lunch.

Petro's customer for 25 years. I used to drive out of my way to go to this location. In my most recent 4 or 5 visits, the bowl isn't anywhere near being filled. That would be ok if the food was $4 or $5 but when it's over $10 for food and drink, the portion should match the price. Last time I visited, after eating a medium Petro that wasn't a proper portion, I went back to the counter and ordered another small Petro because I was still hungry. I've not been back lately and have visited other locations that fill the bowl.

Staff at window was nice the speaker was broke so had to place order at window however the food was awful ordered a grilled chicken loaded potato like 10 + dollars had 4 pieces of probably uncooked chicken hardly no cheese or any other toppers but the worse the sour cream was clumpy and curdled looking I tried 2 bites of the non sour cream area but it didn't taste well I threw it away . I won't be going back
