Pizza I ordered on 7/9/25 was the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Tried calling location and sent me to some call center.. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. Pizza Hut used to be the best of the best… the crust was like some bland dough that was extra that no one wanted. The sauce was like red plaster..$43 plus tip for the worst pizza ever… gas station pizza blows this out of the water! Btw, Emory rd in Powell was the location of order.

Pizza crust tasted stale. Attempted to call and complain. First call stayed on hold for a 20 minutes before hanging up. Called back and stayed on hold for 10 minutes. Never talked to anyone.

This has to be the biggest joke of the franchise. We came in for dine in and they had a sign on the hostess stand to order up front. Not a big deal. When we told the lady dine in, she gave us an attitude and rolled her eyes. She handed us our cups like we were at McDonald's and had us get our own drinks. Whenever a part of the meal would come out she'd just drop it on the table and walk off. My husband got up to ask for parmasean and they charged him a $1 while dining in for cheese that is supplied at any other pizza joint. We paid $2 for a blue cheese sauce. They nickled and dimed everything. We even had to ask for plates after they dropped off the pizza at the table or we wouldnt have gotten any at all. She came back with two paper plates and more attitude. To top it all off, I asked for a box for leftovers. We had half a pizza and breadsticks left and she gave us a box the size of a personal pizza that we got as kids. Absolute garbage of a restuarant. I didn't know PizzaHut was doing this bad where they charge for the smallest things while dining in. If you want Pizzahut, go to the one on Chapman Highway. They may be short handed, but they treat you a lot better.

I have to say that when a customer comes in a greeting is always nice. I walked into a young lady talking with two guys complaining about pay. I do not know if she worked there considering she wasn’t wearing a uniform. The gentleman cooking pizza came to take my order, I explained I’m here to pick up my order. I asked if he had any red pepper flakes he replied no. I asked can I borrow a shaker. He was not happy about that. I understand it’s hard to get employees. You really need to be more pleasant and say hello, have a great day something to customers. Feeling unwelcome makes you not want to come back. Poor experience Pizza Hut do better. Pay more to get better employees. If you want to stay in business you cannot allow this type of behavior.

The pizza was cold (to be fair we did have a decent drive but still) and the bread sticks were stuck together and bland then they can't break large bills which I slightly understand and isn't the employees fault but still the employees were fine enough only real complaint were the earbuds they had on but yeah then the atmosphere wasn't anything special
Recently had a bad experience with this location. I left a complaint via email link that they sent me to rate my experience. Next time we ordered pizza from here which wasn’t long after my experience I was delivered the best looking and tasting pizza I’ve ever had from here. And the person on duty left a note on my receipt that said “I hope it was better this time” that was so nice and thoughtful. Idk who you are but you are an asset to this company. Amazing job to whoever worked the closing shift last night September 10th 2024.
