The pizza was cold (to be fair we did have a decent drive but still) and the bread sticks were stuck together and bland then they can't break large bills which I slightly understand and isn't the employees fault but still the employees were fine enough only real complaint were the earbuds they had on but yeah then the atmosphere wasn't anything special

Recently had a bad experience with this location. I left a complaint via email link that they sent me to rate my experience. Next time we ordered pizza from here which wasn’t long after my experience I was delivered the best looking and tasting pizza I’ve ever had from here. And the person on duty left a note on my receipt that said “I hope it was better this time” that was so nice and thoughtful. Idk who you are but you are an asset to this company. Amazing job to whoever worked the closing shift last night September 10th 2024.

I’ll go to spend $50 on pizza and the pizza was already made and the only thing I had was 100 and they said they would not take my cash credit card only and I said the pizza is already made and this is all I have and they said they didn’t care I would not recommend this place to anyone

This is/was a regular Friday Night dinner choice for us. Call us old fashion, but we rather dine in. The last TWO Fridays the dining room was CLOSED for "deep cleaning" - if you don't have the staff to have a server that's fine, at least let us order, dine in and serve ourselves. Rather frustrating - wish Brittany could work Friday dinners again.

Pizza Hut is one of my favorite places to get pizza. Especially those stuffed crust. However the last couple times I've been in there to try to order pizza it just seems like it's a hassle. I've worked at a pizza place before I know it doesn't take 30 minutes to bake a pizza. I don't care what kind of pizza it is. Off worked at pizza places before it usually takes between 7:00 and 11 minutes to bake a pizza. And that's even with extra cheese and toppings on it. The customer service is severely lacking at the store and if they don't correct it people will stop coming. It will be a while before I come back if I ever do. I don't appreciate being disrespected and made to feel an important when I'm coming in to be a customer to purchase something that's being sold there and I got treated like I didn't matter. And then the pizza looked like crap when I was giving it. It looked like they took multiple pizzas that have leftover pieces in it and made one pizza none of the pieces matched when you cut it it looked weird the crust was even all the way around the pizza. It like caved in and almost looks like some of it was cut out like a huge bite mark. If the health department comes in here I hope they fail. That story is disgusting from the bathrooms to behind the counter. There's trash everywhere they don't wipe off tables inside they don't ever hardly enter trash cans. They're always overflowing. And it's just hard to get somebody's attention when you need something or when you're trying to place an order and that's poor customer service.
We were helped as much as possible with the staff available. Food was quick fresh and good!.

I've not been to a different Pizza Hut location in decades, this one has been my go-to. I'm fortunate it's *awesome.* Love that it's still nostalgic inside. In the last year I've gone, the staff have been short handed, but doing the best they can. We've dined in the last few times and our person has been amazing, even though they were busy. I wish I caught their name. Please don't change! The food was piping hot and perfect.
