If you’re looking for disappointment then you came to the right place by far the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant our waitress took our drink order 15 minutes later we got drinks 20 minutes later took our order had to ask for utensils said they had none wrap she just laid them on the table ask for napkins she never brought had to get our on straws and napkins waited at least 30 minutes on food was not busy at all no drink refills were offered other people left without eating has to be the worst place you could ever eat at if you like to waist money and get nothing then stop by for your experience my last trip at this location

Gracie was an incredible waitress. There were several rude customers talking about her and complaining. She ran herself to death trying to help them. She took dirty plates and refills to the very often. As a prior DRM I would hire her if I had my own store. Every time I've been in She has been extremely effective and helpful. She never disappoints . I will even wait to be seated in her section of possible. I over heard the rude table make comments about food was horrible, and sever. They made comment to several of people at the door they were going to file a complaint. I hope in no way this affects Gracie and her job evaluation. Feel free to reach out to me anytime. I really hate this for gracie.. but as her name fits.. she handles it with grace under her breath. I will definitely return.

No refills, had to get up and get our own napkins, and straws. Waitress laid our silverware down on the table (they were not wrapped) Her family was there to eat and she stayed with them most of the visit. They had at least 10 cups on their table with only 2 people there, and we didn’t get offered a single refill. It was not busy at all, might I add. Very poor service, will not return to this location.

Honestly this visit was terrible and I mean terrible. We love going to Ruby Tuesdays for their salad bar but for drinks to take 12 mins and you have to remind your server that you ordered them is pretty ridiculous. I tracked down the manager to refill the ranch and other items that were missing from the buffet. There were 2 servers working and 1 new person who let everyone know it was her first day. It was very unorganized and very poorly managed. I would have felt bad for the employees if they were actually trying but everyone seemed miserable. We had to place our dirty plates on the bar top because no one ever offered to take them away. This whole experience was bad. I will pay for a more expensive place to eat just so I can have a good experience.

Salad bar was subpar.... lettuce was wilted and looking rough. Steak was overcooked, soup was disgusting, Server had one table and we had to wait for refills. No wonder the parking lot was empty! Won't be back.
Server was very nice but did not have any help whole restaurant besides her section was empty sirlon steak was way way to greasy and dry . Cocktails were very good but had to wait longer than the usual time, by time getting are 2nd drinks we had finished eating even thought we ordered right after receiving our food. And said bar looked clean but salad was limb and old not fresh at all and had to use the same spoon for topings like bacon bits croutons . Definitely won’t be back food quality isn’t worth the price !!
Tried this restaurant again after not visiting for some time. The food quality has definitely improved, as well as the service. The restaurant was clean, which was not the case when I last visited 6 months ago…. The general manager David (I believe that was his name) even checked on our food and asked us how they could do better. All in all, I would not have recommended this place 6 months ago, but I’m glad I gave it another try!!!

Food was good and our waitress was very nice. The issue this place has is that the manager doesn’t show up on time. Causing several tables of hungry people to have to wait to order due to fact they couldn’t properly open at 11 as advertised . At 11:20 we were finally able to order. Honestly sad to hold a position that requires punctuation and not care about time.
