Ordered the salad in the tortilla bowl. Tortilla was stale & chewy just wanted vegetables no meat. As I went down the line the guy asked if I wanted guacamole. I said yes. Thes asked for queso on top. At checkout the bill was as higher than I expected. The cashier said the guacamole and queso were extra. They should not ask or at least tell you it is an up charge. Food wasn’t really fresh. Will not eat at another salsaritas again

7/17/2025 Stopped by for a quick late lunch. Ordered my fav bowl and was delicious as usual. The staff behind the counter was full of smiles and eager to assist.
I usually pit stop here about every ten days.

The food was fresh and the restaurant was clean. My only complaint is they only have hand blow dryers instead of paper towels in the bathrooms (which is the case at all Salsarita's).

They really need to increase their portions that they give you. They barely put anything on there.

This place has the cleanest floors I’ve ever seen, good food, bathroom is also clean. This place is heaven 👍🏼👍🏼 Doors clean too 👍🏼👍🏼🫵🏼 (a review by my kids, so you know you are doing good)

Just want to say thank you. I was there today with my two children. My son dropped his tray on the floor before we got seated. He is 9 and just got tripped up getting his drink. They kind staff helped me clean up, and brought him a new quesadilla without hesitation. The dining room was full and the staff were the only ones who helped a mom with two kids alone. Thank you Salsarita’s ! We will be back.

I have enjoyed Salsarita’s every time I have eaten there. I have lived in Oklahoma and Texas most of my adult life and have been missing good fresh TexMex. As a recent Tennessee resident, I have eaten here at least once a week. The food is always fresh and it is always relaxing after a long day. This Salsarita’s in Powell, is THE BEST ONE in the Knoxville area! The staff are always friendly, kind, and professional. The restaurant is always clean. The food is always fresh. My go to is the Taco Salad and these folks let me load it up so I can get my fill and also it stays in my weight watchers points. So filling and the staff all made it a point to smile and strike up a little conversation. It is my new home for TexMex and I just got the loyalty app.
