I’ve experienced service at the drive-thru most often and the experience has been more than amazing. Nathan is always so friendly, kind and goes above and beyond to meet my needs. I’m usually having a so-so morning but once I get my coffee from him my mood is boosted! Most of the staff I’ve experienced are very pleasant He just stands out the most. Thank you starby’s emory road!!
Not a lot of Starbucks here in Knoxville. This one just reopened. Super clean inside great staff all the food and beverages are great. There's even some outside seating. However inside there's really not a lot of great seating if you're trying to sit and work. A couple of individual tables a big communal table and a few seats with padded chairs and side table kind of things. Not a lot of places to tuck in and have any type of privacy or quiet to work.

Really nice location inside of a extremely clean Ingall’s Supermarket. Wasn’t busy when I stopped and got my order really fast, maybe 2-3 minutes tops. Friendly baristas and my order was perfect.
