I wanted my espresso hot, not cold. You are not operating a pressurized vessel, it's literally a cup with a lid that you shake. Just because the liquid is hot does not mean it will explode. There is not a pressure differential of that magnitude.
I'm not ordering from Starbuck's until they start offering a product of value and stop the lying. The ice is simply to grow profit margin to pay for the current CEO.

Typical starbucks coffee and food. Staff are very rude though.
It’s a Starbucks. They serve Starbucks coffee. Everywhere in the nation, Starbucks employees have a snotty attitude, probably an artificial hair color, and although there’s signs all over the place about how we should be welcoming and inclusive, if you try to order a large coffee they correct you and say Venti and quite honestly is not smiling a new way to make people feel welcome? or the fact that I am over the age of 50, does that mean that I don’t need to be included? I don’t know. I go to Starbucks because it’s consistent coffee. I try to not go there when I have a choice
