Went through drive thru got my coffee without holder, lid was bent wouldn't stay on and no stir stick. Also lady at window had personality of a shoe. This place has definitely changed. Will not be back. I will drive to Merchants for my coffee.

Service is awful. If the goal is to provide terrible customer this location has nailed it!
I have been numerous times, hoping for a different outcome always ignored always the same!
Much better than many modern Starbucks

Lovely place, the coffee goes good with muffins especially blueberry, and they have the sweetest little 5ft4 girl there ❤️

Ordered 2 grande hot Lattes and a bacon gouda egg sandwich. No bacon at all, called and she said they come pre wrapped, like I wasn't being honest. Told her I wasn't driving back there, but would leave a bad review

Starbucks is good, but getting out is always an issue. This is because of the people that hold everyone up, because they insist on making a left turn, instead of turning right and making a U-Turn.
Please put up a NO LEFT TURN sign.

Traveling and we stopped going and coming at the Starbucks! Every time everybody working was so nice and friendly, and the drinks were great!

The service at this Starbucks is absolutely horrible. I asked for a ham and Swiss croissant and was informed that they only have 4 of their food items available. I then ordered a Grande Summer berry lemonade and was given a short Summer berry. The drink was not made right at all and the popping boba in it was stale and shriveled up. I brought this to the guy who was workings attention and he did not seem to care at all. I will not return to this Starbucks and would not recommend.

A typical Starbucks. You can only access it via driving. Barista here is extremely friendly and professional
But please be noticed, sometimes it might be hard to get back to the road due to poor road design.
And in every Starbucks comment I will complain about the price surge.Bro your matcha is too expensive.

This Starbucks had a Wasp nest under a table outside, but didn't warn anyone sitting outside about the wasp problem. My son got stung twice after someone accidentally touched the nest. When I went in and spoke to one of the baristas, she just said she knew, and they had people come out regularly to spray for them. My friend talked to a different barista about the problem, and she told him that they were at all the doors and asked for someone to call.
This is very unprofessional and unsafe for customers.

Im upset I cant remember the gentleman's name working the speaker / window . Sun. June 8th , about 830 am . Middle aged, longer , pepered hair... an absolute gem ! Y'all are lucky to have him . We pass thru here often traveling. . Finally found our go-to spot ! Genuine, kindhearted people are hard to find , let alone employee! Usually its back at home , but i have stared every day with a starbucks for the last 7+ years , ive met alot of wonderful starbucks employees, never have I left a review , however, today just felt different! Im sure this was just an average, every day customer experience for him ,
But i thought he absolutely needed to be recognized.. Sir , if you're ever ready for a change of scenery , you have a spot at my restaurant in Indiana ! Lol
Thank you for a wonderful experience! Sincerely, the Harley couple from Indiana 😎🤘

I wanted my espresso hot, not cold. You are not operating a pressurized vessel, it's literally a cup with a lid that you shake. Just because the liquid is hot does not mean it will explode. There is not a pressure differential of that magnitude.
I'm not ordering from Starbuck's until they start offering a product of value and stop the lying. The ice is simply to grow profit margin to pay for the current CEO.
