From a delivery driver perspective, your restaurant is among the worst in our market's area.
Several nights, I have had to wait in extremely long, slow drive thru lines while my orders sit inside your store, already prepared, growing cold, for 30+ minutes while I watch employees hand deliver food to customers in their cars who order through the taco bell website.
I am 100% certain my orders are ready and waiting inside because I receive confirmation notifications when they are completed. When I call to ask if I can be handed my orders that are waiting inside, getting cold, I am told to continue waiting in the drive-thru line behind those still waiting to even submit an order.
Finally, I get to the window and express my displeasure with your system of operations and I am met with arguments, no option to speak with the store manager, nothing. This is neither fair to me or your customers who are paying for your food and my service. If your store is too busy to handle delivery orders at night then you should stop accepting them.

Very disappointed in tonight’s order. By the time I got there to pick my order up there was a line around the drive thru. And of course I couldn’t go in and pick in up (which they should allow, they do on western). We sat in the drive-through for 28 minutes so by the time we got to the window, they just handed us our bag and the food was ice cold! I eat Taco Bell 3 to 4 times a week off of the app. I order it at work and when I GET to the Taco Bell they make it THEN hand it to me. HOT.. 🙄 Tbis was unacceptable!
I don't remember the name but the lady running the front on oct 25th who was running the register with the cool hair was really funny and sweet and the people their got my order out extremely fast even though the line was wrapped around the building

So I have been to this taco bell twice lately and get the cantina tacos. They have hardly any meat on them. No sauce. This is ridiculous. Do better. I'm surprised you all have business doing people like this. I'd love to post pics so you could see what a joke this is that they are no meat.

Generally the food is either not right or barely has any meat in it. Rarely hot... Wouldnt recommend.
I'm one of those annoying people who make changes to every item of food. I do it online though so if there's any mistake in the ordering process, it's completely on my end. Most taco bells still get one or two things wrong, but this one got everything right.

My sister stopped in & got us both the $7.00 Luxe Cravings Box. The cashier was very nice & got our order correct. His name wasn't on our receipts, so I don't know his name. It actually says Karen B on them. I upcharged my order to guacamole with my chips for 80 cents more. And added a small nacho fries. This location always has fresh, hot food. Was happy our to go orders were correct because half the time they aren't(At any fast food joint). Love the Baja Blast. Clean atmosphere. Good prices. Nice staff & they were very busy, still polite.
Spent $25 and food was wet and inedible. I've noticed toe quality decreasing over the last year, from having fingernails in our bag to items missing and now soggy food. Hate to say it but I won't be back to this location.
