Could do a better job acknowledging customers at the counter, the workers just walk around like no one is standing at the counter to be waited on.

Good food, 1 minute wait but there were teenagers in the parking lot yelling and acting like they do. Wasn’t sure what was going on at first, I am leery about teen kids acting like that in public. I’d recommend management run them off. Otherwise good experience

Yesterday at 11pm I went there to order food I was so hungry I didn’t anything eat all day and this custom Service was they don’t take Walking through 😩😩 and I was hungry plus I have to leave my mom to hospital just to go by food because it’s close to the hospital

Homeless lady came in and requested food or anything politely however manager of restaurant quickly put the lady off - Just hoping that employees in the future see that sometimes the franchise owner can take the $0.50 hit of sparing a cheap taco so that it doesnt come down to other customers in lobby to help but instead the employees who likely steal for themselves anyways.

I see why this store has a 3 star rating. Went today, and there is a hole in the ceiling and what looks like black mold on the lights and drink machine. You can see the wires in the ceiling. It's just a gross establishment to be in.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, even letting us stay inside and finish our meal after closing at 10 PM. Truly appreciated the kindness and hospitality — kudos to the team

I see why this location only has 3 stars.
Went through the drive through on 5/24/25 around 1am and the girl working the window/headset was extremely rude and they had all the lights off and the menu turned and wouldn’t turn it on after I asked. There was a guy there with some sense and he got on the headset and told me I would have to lookup the menu on my phone.
If she would’ve suggested that instead of repeating they can’t turn the menu on after I repeatedly asked her how to Look at the menu so I could order. The gentleman was professional but the little girl WAS NOT

Everytime we come to this location our order is either cold or the items aren’t made as requested even tho they repeat word for word what u ordered. This location really needs to step up in a bad way. We ordered 2 Doritos Tacos with cheese n sour cream only n of course they put lettuce n tomato on them. It’s everytime only at this location! Get it together people!!!!!
