Management at this location is not good. Hostess had no clue what she was doing. Wait was over the time when we got called in from wait list. Parties were taken in front of us. Management made excuses!!! Our food was cold and steak undercooked!!! Do not go to this location!!! My advice is drive to locations in Knoxville for better service!!! This is the worse service I have ever experienced from a Texas Roadhouse!!!!

We came today and the highlight of our visit was our server Liz! She was the absolute sweetest and most amazing server ive ever had. You can tell shes genuinely a good person. She was so so friendly and very attentive and even gave us a hug before we left 🥰🥰 i highly highly recommend asking for her when you go

Food and service was great just not too sure about what’s going on back of the house. Over heard employees relentlessly bullying another employee saying some concerning things. Doesn’t sound like a decent work environment whatsoever. Yall might want to look into that. I’ve worked in food service for years and no one wants to deal with that childishness.

The hostess wasn't very polite. Forgot to bring silverware. Had to ask for rolls. Potato was cold. No drink refills. Paid at the ziosk and left, won't be back. Go to the west hills location.

The manager, Heather, is the rudest, most disrespectful, unprofessional, and childish person I’ve ever come in contact with. She is rude to customers and to employees, and definitely should not be in customer service or management. The only time I’ve ever had issues at this restaurant is when she’s working.

Great bread! Good food! I love their appetizer bread, refill for one time, love their cinnamon cream with the bread. I ordered the ribs, they were so delicious! We went there on new year day, not in a long line, waited about 30 minutes and we were ready to be seated. It was reasonable wait.
