The manager, Heather, is the rudest, most disrespectful, unprofessional, and childish person I’ve ever come in contact with. She is rude to customers and to employees, and definitely should not be in customer service or management. The only time I’ve ever had issues at this restaurant is when she’s working.

Great bread! Good food! I love their appetizer bread, refill for one time, love their cinnamon cream with the bread. I ordered the ribs, they were so delicious! We went there on new year day, not in a long line, waited about 30 minutes and we were ready to be seated. It was reasonable wait.

Service was great! Until time to pay, I wanted to pay cash, my waiter was great until I gave him my cash to pay for my meal, which was very good, congrats to the cooks. Gave my waiter his tip, and money to pay for my meal, I’m waiting for my change, took awhile so I’m ready to go I walk to the front, he acts as if he doesn’t see me, I let him pass me several times, so I’m not tripping, had he not acted like he didn’t see me and let me know he hadn’t had time to get change, I would have gone and he could have kept that as a tip as well. Thanks to Texas Roadhouse Powell for a very delicious meal.
Terrible experience.. asked for diet coke, got coke.. ordered tater skins, a 6 oz sirloin with shrimp, mashed potatoes and a cup of chili.. chili came first, got slammed on my table, and before I could ask for crackers they were already gone.. 3 minutes later a random guy brings my tater skins, no sour cream, just drops the plate and goes. No questions asked. Literally hadn't seen my server in 10 minutes, still no crackers.. my entree then comes out about 2 minutes later, so all 3 food items are on the table. No crackers, no sour cream, and no silverware lol.. what an experience, ate what I could with my chili spoon and my hands. By the time my waitress got back and I let her know I didn't have any silverware. She realized it all got brought out basically together and said "oh it's just dying down must be why" by the time I got my silverware the food was cold. Just asked for a box and left. Terrible experience for $40.

We Love this restaurant. Great food for the price point and always fantastic service. We dont usually have any issues when we visit. This last time was a little different. We ordered our sirloins med rare but when we cut into them they were well done. When we talked to the manager she was very sweet and explained that the cook they had for the day was new and still in training. They replaced our steaks and all of our sides so we could enjoy our entire meal while it was hot. I expected them to give us new steaks but she went abovey expectations with replacing our sides.
