If you like Waffle House, I suppose this one is good as any of them but I don't like it. I tried the one on Merchant's Dr. with the same results: Greasy, cheap tastin', & overpriced($1 would've been to expensive for the entire order). Save your money and eat a bowl of cereal or a handful of butter, either one would be a profound upgrade from the food you'll get here. To be fair and accurate, the people that work here are awesome and good at their specific roles and can't help what foods they are given to cook.

We love coming 2 the Powell location. Clair, west, Ariel, Kenzie, Ashley and Dameon are the best ppl they have at that Waffle House. My son snd. I go so much that these 6 people are lioe my family! Great group of people!! Friendly and everybody talking and laughing. My server Clair was a sweetheart. Im from Michigan where they dont have Waffle Houses...so I had to stop at one, atleast once, and im glad I stopped at that one.

Food was good but the best part were the workers as they seemed to actually be having fun and working as a team and it didn't slow down the process at all as I got my food out quick

I had a great experience this early morning (3:45am/4:00am) at this location! My server West was absolutely amazing. She was very very kind, showed patience and was personable, which was needed after a long night shift! I’m not really a picky eater but I wanted to try something I’d never had before, which was the chili, on my hash browns specifically! She happily let me have that serving on the side and it was great! I will most definitely be back! Thanks West!
