I WENT IN TO GET A TO GO ORDER AND WHILE I WAS WAITING I WATCHED THEM COOK, CALL OUT ORDERS, DELIVER ORDERS, RUN THE REGISTER, AND ALL WHILE BEING POLITE AND ENGAGING. We were barely acknowledged, ignoring needing refills on drinks, once we got our food, they forgot my son's meal entirely, and one of the sides of bacon, had to physically get up and get the waitresses attention (we also were the only ones in the building at this time, no other customers). Once my son finally got his food we just wanted it boxed up to leave, everyone else was finished eating. The grits were disgusting. As if something was put in them that wasn't suppose to be in it. Once we finally paid, the staff kept complaining loudly enough that we didn't tip. They were rude, ignored us completely, forgot things as part of the order, why would I tip people that were awful towards us?

The ladies working this morning were so sweet! You could tell they get along well and enjoy their job. Now for the food. Like always Waffle house did the job. My husband and I loved our food. Waffles, eggs, grits, bacon, and toast. Done perfectly. Thanks for the breakfast service we will be back

This waffle house is one of the cleanest ones I have ever been in! Service was prompt and courteous and food was spot on. So if you ever find yourself in the ER at North Knoxville medical center like I did I suggest you take a break and grab a bite to eat at the waffle house

If you like Waffle House, I suppose this one is good as any of them but I don't like it. I tried the one on Merchant's Dr. with the same results: Greasy, cheap tastin', & overpriced($1 would've been to expensive for the entire order). Save your money and eat a bowl of cereal or a handful of butter, either one would be a profound upgrade from the food you'll get here. To be fair and accurate, the people that work here are awesome and good at their specific roles and can't help what foods they are given to cook.
