Courteous employees but food quality was beyond poor. After a long day and skipping lunch this became a late dinner I was looking forward to. After attending to my mom with flu in the hospital nearby I finally got to a Wendy’s where I was expecting a hot dinner of a famed Wendy’s burger and fries. What I got was a disappointing burger, fries that smelled like chemicals and a burger that was flat, fell apart in my hands and failed to meet basic expectations. I had to throw it away and hope for a better future meal from a chain I have loved since childhood.

I have tried to contact customer service to report this, but no one is answering. I was served a raw chicken sandwich. If you go to this location the hamburgers may be a better option.

Paid for 2 extra bbq sauce. The manager robert gave me no sauce including the extra i paid for. Also watched him blatantly ignore the store telephone.

Just got my order from Wendy's on Emory Rd Powell. I ordered 2 #1 combos with everything on the burger except Ketchup, three times please no Ketchup, wife cannot eat Ketchup. I bring my order home, guess what, nothing on the burgers but mayo, cheese and a half BOTTLE OF KETCHUP ON BOTH, no lettuce, tomato, pickles, plain with 2 pieces of bacon on both , one had meat the size for junior burger. I should have taken both back and demanded my refund. This was terrible, I can clearly see why Wendy's is having bad reviews and closing hundreds of stores , no more Wendy's for me. Sent burgers back because they were cold. Chile was very watery with very few beans. Whipped cream on cold coffee with cream was a greasy blob.

Went in this morning for breakfast..we were the only people inside, a few cars in the drive through....as we entered a girl came from behind the counter watching a video on her phone....dont know where she went...one worker at the fryer and grill doing several things ..never made eye contact with us or said anything...we waited and waited...no one ever came to the front counter...so we left and went to Waffle House...we were greeted and seated...sad state of customer service Wendy's...

Went there at 11:00 pm. Had placed a mobile order and ordered as well. I asked for my nuggets fresh. They pulled me up. Which is fine I don’t mind to wait. The lady came out at 11:10 told me they were out of cheese for the fries. Cool. She asked if I wanted shredded I said that was fine. Came back out at 11:20 with my order and my mobile order. Left my drinks. So I reminded her. She went and grabbed 2/3 of my drinks which took her 11 more minutes. She asked me the other drink I had. I told her HIC fruit punch. It took her 5 more minutes to go in and get my drink. Which was the wrong drink. Ended up leaving and it was 11:40. The nuggets were cold. The burger tasted like it was made at 2:00 PM the whole experience was just absolutely terrible. I get mistakes. I work in the food industry so it’s totally understandable but that girl had to have been on drugs or something. That was the worst Wendy’s experience I have ever had. I advise you to either go to cookout or another Wendy’s. Just awful

Expect to wait 20 plus minutes on ANY order. The service is terrible, and even after the wait, expect things to be missing. This is the most incompetent fast food team I’ve seen in my 28 years.

Rude rude! When I got to the window to pay, they charged me almost twice what it should have been. I questioned it and discovered they had not heard me correctly. The headset lady leaned out the window and verbally ATTACKED me to the point that my very laid-back dog in the back seat started growling! When I interrupted to tell her to cancel my order, she yelled 'gladly' and slammed the window so hard I thought it might crack.

Nothing like attitude 1st thing in the morning. Who ever the woman is on the head set (assuming a manager or shift lead) needs to use her happy voice and not put tater wadges in the bag upside down.
