One of their employees said and I quote “why are you wasting my time” and proceeds to say that what we ordered had two fries when all we had were the fries that went to the biggie bag and he’s then says “why are you lying man” (to our friend) as if we didn’t know what we just had ordered like bro we just wanted to add another medium fry. He was highly rude. I wouldn’t recommend coming here because everyone may just waste his time. P.S. they forgot to add mushrooms to my two burgers that went had also ordered.

Came in Monday (Veterans day) younger gentleman was at the counter was very nice and took his time with this older lady before me. The man had the same vibe with me just a nice guy trying to work.

Food was expensive and gross. Workers acted like they didn’t want to be there. I get that, but be professional and if you don’t like your job go somewhere else. Take pride in what you do and what you serve others. It’s a reflection of you and your work ethic. Bathrooms were also in need of attention. Will not be back! Seems like most Wendy’s are like this anymore.

I tried to order the saucy nugg combo, which is advertised directly on the order menu, and the staff said it did not exist and could not be in a combo. If you can’t even do an order right, I’m not going to buy the food since obviously it’s not going to go well. Went to cookout instead.

Every time i go they either mess up my or give me cold food. Usually the staff are not friendly and they give you crap for getting your food replaced even with a receipt or food. Wendys is expensive for fast food and for what you get with the total experience seriously lacking. Ill update if i go back at any point
The meat is always fresh the employees are funny, kind, and fast…. I like to stop by at least twice a week. ????

Trash. Told to wait a moment at the window to order & they never came back. The cars behind me left bc it took so long. Employee outside smoking. Called and they answered the phone extremely unprofessional & hung up on me. Expected more from this location. Whoever was scheduled on July 4th 2024 to close, should be fired.

I was sick and all I wanted was a Wendys 4 for 4. I got the meal and it was all cold, and my burger was colder than room temp. The fries were stale, and the nuggets were not cooked well. Do not recommend this location

Just go through the drive thru. Burgers were juicy but not always so. Sometimes over cooked and dry. Cust service at window was good but sometimes no so much. Never enjoy being treated as a pain in the butt. Customers are the reason you have a job in the service industry.

Avoid this location! Spicy chicken patty was the thinnest I've ever seen at Wendys, bun was hard and stale, fries were way over salted. There were 2 employees standing there eating behind the counter in plain sight, and the guy making fries was wearing a weed shirt. We get it, you're stoned, but at least look like you work there.
