Absolutely ignored at the drive thru, had to call the restaurant before someone answered.

Went there at 11:00 pm. Had placed a mobile order and ordered as well. I asked for my nuggets fresh. They pulled me up. Which is fine I don’t mind to wait. The lady came out at 11:10 told me they were out of cheese for the fries. Cool. She asked if I wanted shredded I said that was fine. Came back out at 11:20 with my order and my mobile order. Left my drinks. So I reminded her. She went and grabbed 2/3 of my drinks which took her 11 more minutes. She asked me the other drink I had. I told her HIC fruit punch. It took her 5 more minutes to go in and get my drink. Which was the wrong drink. Ended up leaving and it was 11:40. The nuggets were cold. The burger tasted like it was made at 2:00 PM the whole experience was just absolutely terrible. I get mistakes. I work in the food industry so it’s totally understandable but that girl had to have been on drugs or something. That was the worst Wendy’s experience I have ever had. I advise you to either go to cookout or another Wendy’s. Just awful

Expect to wait 20 plus minutes on ANY order. The service is terrible, and even after the wait, expect things to be missing. This is the most incompetent fast food team I’ve seen in my 28 years.

Rude rude! When I got to the window to pay, they charged me almost twice what it should have been. I questioned it and discovered they had not heard me correctly. The headset lady leaned out the window and verbally ATTACKED me to the point that my very laid-back dog in the back seat started growling! When I interrupted to tell her to cancel my order, she yelled 'gladly' and slammed the window so hard I thought it might crack.

Nothing like attitude 1st thing in the morning. Who ever the woman is on the head set (assuming a manager or shift lead) needs to use her happy voice and not put tater wadges in the bag upside down.

They don't give you a receipt therefore you can't leave them a bad review on their systems but this place is messed up more times than not you order a combo meal and they don't give you your fries.. now wonder they have a 3 star rating

Rude staff, didn’t even bother finishing my order for lunch because after having to repeat myself 4 times, I raised my voice and I got told I didn’t have to have an attitude. No sense in getting hateful when somebody raises their voice because you can’t hear them. I went next door where the food was cheaper, faster, and didn’t come with somebody telling me I need to lose my attitude.

The food quality is so bad these days at Wendys. My wife was throwing up last night at 1am from their Asiago chicken sandwich. The quality just isn't what it used to be, and that's for all Wendy's not just here. The staff were very friendly.

I stood at the counter for 5 minutes, with no one else in the lobby (5 people behind the counter) waiting to order before anyone acknowledged I was even there. The drive-through guy finally came and took my order, and I watched them make my sandwich, then it set there with my fries for almost five minutes before I got my food. Without a doubt, it was the worst service I've ever had at Wendy's. Also, the Ketchup bucket was empty, so I waited 5 more minutes to get Ketchup packets.
The crew was friendly enough, and the food was good, but they were not one bit service oriented.

This is ridiculous…this is my second time going through the drive thru and getting the exact same thing and both times my drink order was incorrect and they left the nugget sauce out of the bag…come on now yall gotta do better
