Tried this out since it was highly rated. Inside was loud and cold so asked to sit outside. Outside was still very loud. Plates received for appetizers were not clean, there was food residue stuck to them. Requested new ones but they were also not clean. The onion rings that came on the sampler appetizer were amazing but everything else was lackluster. Got a 25 piece chicken order and could barely tell any difference between the different flavors. The honey bbq was the only different one and it was covered in mustard sauce not a honey bbq. Chicken was cooked well. Got a $9 mixed drink and I’m not sure there was any alcohol in it. Our server was nice but seemed new, she spoke very quietly which was difficult with the loud environment. Will not likely return.

Husband and I have loved coming here for a long time. It’s one of the best places to get wings in the Knoxville area, and when the one off Campbell station closed, we were willing to drive the 40 minutes to come to the Powell location. Wings are always covered in plenty of sauce, and the fried onion rings are a family favorite. Drink specials always have us bringing friends along to try best wings around. Tonight our server, Christopher did an amazing job keeping the drinks refilled and checked to make sure we needed anything. Always a great time and will definitely be back

So the wings were very good except it took 50 minutes to get them while the restaurant was basically empty. I was charged $1.95 for celery and carrots that looked terrible. The salad was ok, my daughter’s tenders, fries, and salad were ok. I had to get up and get napkins, lids for ramekins, and salt and pepper. What’s disappointing… is this restaurant has the potential to be awesome… but it doesn’t seem clean, food is slow coming out and service is subpar. So sad!

**Wild Wing Cafe - Powell: A Disappointing Experience**
I recently visited the Wild Wing Cafe in Powell, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. After waiting over an hour for our food, I was shocked to see that several orders in our group were incorrect. This was not the first time I had encountered issues at this location; I had hoped for a better experience but unfortunately gave it one last chance, only to face the same frustrating situation again.
The service was slow, and it felt like the staff was overwhelmed, leading to numerous mistakes with orders. It's disheartening to see a place with such potential continue to let down its customers. Given the poor quality of service and the repeated issues, I truly believe that this location needs to close, just like the other one did. It’s time to prioritize quality and customer satisfaction over continuing a service that clearly isn’t working.
