Slow! Disorganized.
Absolutely crazy wait times for fast food that’s the same price as a sit down restaurant. Waited almost five minutes to order and then another ten minutes in the drive thru line with one car in front of me. I’ve got no idea how long they were waiting but we both ended up driving off. Chick Fil A can process 40 orders in that same amount of time with a smile on their faces and it’s cheaper too!

Food is good but the workers are horrible
Food is always hot and tasty with a decent price..Clean and nice atmosphere.. Like all other fast food places issues do come about but that's expected..
They only care about themselves! I had just came back into town and I wanted something other then a burger, so I stopped in at 9:30 and they said it would be a 15 min wait time on everything. After I said I’d wait they paused told me to pull up to the window took my money, and immediately had a box ready. When I got home it looked like they had scooped the bread fried bits that had no chicken in them. Look I know y'all were close to closing, but this is just lazy. Do better.

Just went and got a house salad could not eat it wish I had took it back the grill chicken was cold the salad was old .I will never go back . Do better
I went here at 8-9 pm a few days ago. There were 4 cars ahead of me in line, drive thru service only. When I pulled up to the window, I noticed the girl at the window had black dirt under her fingernails handling money, your drink, your food, throwing condiments and plasticware into the bag. I'm not sure if she handled food at all but that really put me off. Then, the food was old, nothing was fresh. You would think with 4 cars in front of me and 2 behind me, they'd have something fresh but they didn't. I wouldn't go here after 6 pm. Hit up taco bell or cookout.

This place is an absolute disaster. Chick-fil-A is right down the street, so why bother with waiting forever for food that is cold by the time you actually make it to the window?

The salad was half the size of normal. Virtually no lettuce or wontons. No customer service. All they said was they would let management know.
