Today was my first and last time I try
Zaxbys the food was kinda ok
But the French fries 🍟 was to salted 🧂

We came in this past Sunday morning (07/13/25) around 10:30 and the staff were absolutely wonderful! The manager was very nice, and allowed us to make a grilled chicken substitution on the loaded fries for dietary needs when we had been rudely told by a belligerent employee at another location that it could not be made (Clinton Highway). Since that prior experience at the other location, our expectations had been low, but the customer service, food service, cleanliness, and quality of the food at this location was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back!

At this location in Powell, and it was father's day... I was sorely disappointed. The floors were slippery. The meals took 30 minutes to get to us. They were out of ice. The cashier was trying to be helpful and tell us that the bone-in wings would take a lot longer but as long as we waited for boneless wings we would have preferred them. I don't think I'll return to this location but I still love Zaxby's and their food.

The 5 stars here are for Sydney and Sydney only. My tap pay was being difficult, and unfortunatelyI had forgotten my wallet at home with my physical card. The first lady trying to get the tap pay to work was NOT friendly at all. I explained to her that I have used tap there in the past, and ifI needed to I would re-do my order online. She didn't say another word before closing the window in my face. But, before closing the window, I heard Sydney ask her to let her try it. She was patient and so friendly! I thanked her for her kindness and wanted to leave a review specifically for her. Others at this location could absolutely take some notes from Sydney on how to interact with public!

Wait times are always much longer than they should be. Go out of your way to the Halls location if you want Zaxby’s.

Absolutely crazy wait times for fast food that’s the same price as a sit down restaurant. Waited almost five minutes to order and then another ten minutes in the drive thru line with one car in front of me. I’ve got no idea how long they were waiting but we both ended up driving off. Chick Fil A can process 40 orders in that same amount of time with a smile on their faces and it’s cheaper too!

Food is good but the workers are horrible

Food is always hot and tasty with a decent price..Clean and nice atmosphere.. Like all other fast food places issues do come about but that's expected..

They only care about themselves! I had just came back into town and I wanted something other then a burger, so I stopped in at 9:30 and they said it would be a 15 min wait time on everything. After I said I’d wait they paused told me to pull up to the window took my money, and immediately had a box ready. When I got home it looked like they had scooped the bread fried bits that had no chicken in them. Look I know y'all were close to closing, but this is just lazy. Do better.

Chicken finger combo is elite

Grilled chicken not good. Rubbery with odd crunch.
