I ordered a biscuit and gravy and found a bug in my gravy!! So gross 🤮 when my husband went back to show them there response was “yea it’s nasty back here so it doesn’t surprise me there was a bug in your food” like what?! Then instead of replacing or refunding my meal they just poured more gravy over the same biscuit and gravy I had a bug in. This is honestly disgusting and I’ll be reporting this to the state food inspection and sanitation department

I waited 20 minutes for my order upon me setting in the lobby waiting there was a child running around in the lobby and was being very loud as I observed he belongs to one of the managers working as she had a attitude when asked if my food was ready . Which in my opinion is very unprofessional. I used to come here all the time and this is the reason why I stopped coming.

Bojangles is a hit. Always has been. Always will be. Even a bad day at Bojangles is better than your best day at say, a clown shack or a sandwich lord luncheonette. You just can't handle candles. Get your odor maker down to a Bojangles today and do like the locals do, have a nice meal in a friendly and clean dining establishment.

The food can be decent when it's prepared correctly, but that hasn't been the case lately. The management seems very unprofessional, especially in how the manager treats employees. Most of the staff appear more focused on their phones than on helping customers. After my order was messed up twice in the same week, I've only trusted the Bobbery biscuits. Unfortunately, it feels like most of the team just doesn't care about the job or the customer experience.
