I drove to McDonald's against my better judgement, and paid over SIXTEEN DOLLARS , after waiting too long in line, for what might as well have been a sack full of excrement. I never ever order plastic fast food cheese and they generously melted three slices on my food. It couldn't be scraped off and I had to throw it out. I gave one star because I couldn't give zero. I will never let being tired and hungry allow McDonald's to rip me off again!!!

Always been a favorite McDonald’s, but they really need to do something about people sleeping in corner booths. I often see someone cozied up in a corner. employees are great and drive thru works well. Doesn’t seem healthy to have the snoozers

i ordered my food on the mobile app to pick up the at the drive through at 10:20AM and don’t get my food till past 11AM. i got to mcdonald’s at 10:30. isn’t the whole point of ordering ahead of time is to get your food when you get there? not wait 40mins?

5 minute wait for a line that had only myself in it. Grant it I did order a lot. Two double cheese add extra onions Two mcChicken’s no lettuce add tomato Basket of fries and a 20 piece nugget.
Was told my total . Pulled up to the second window. Wasn’t graded for a whole Nother probably about seven minutes. During this time the women in the lilo and stitch demon jacket was picking at a scab on her face the whole time. She took my card , gave me my food. All in ONE bag. Which clearly ripped during transition. Two burgers and half my fries were on the ground outside. Only response I got was “oh do you want another bag” Smh. I’m not worried about the 25$ I spent but cmon. Yall suck
A worker, “Heston”, made insults about me to his coworker friend thinking I couldn’t hear him, and then he rudely kept pointing and laughing at me.

Every time I order late at night when I come to pick up my food, they tell me that they don’t have it. I’ve been charged for it. It’s like they’re eating it. They make up some excuse that they don’t have anything to do with the app And I’m like you’re the same business you’ve charged me you’re getting paid. Please give me my food and you and your people figure it out. That is above their manager. Don’t tell me that it’s because it’s McDonald’s that’s bullshit. This store makes plenty of money. They don’t have to have people that don’t know , how to not steal from their customers. They steal and then their excuses that I can’t do anything about it so they get away with it. Is that really who you want running this store. I’m sorry that’s not OK to blatantly steal from customers. You order on the app and they will not give you the food you ordered. It’s always this one lady that’s running the shift, I don’t know what I have done to this or anyone else has but the thievery is not cool
