No one responded on drive thru spot, had to drive up to the delivery window and the staff just ignord us, finally when we received our food the fries (the iconic McDonald's staple food) were just cold and limpy. Very disappointed. ??

Actually the most miserable experience. If you want a place to eat, avoid any mcdonalds in the area. You can try to use their app, and they will take your points and deliver a coke. That's it.If you decide to eat inside, you won't be able to receive any help from the employees until they've finished their factory workshop of orders that they won't fill correctly.Your only hope is curbside pickup, and even then you'll have to wait forty minutes for cold food. At least the cold food is a standard for them.

I recently joined the McDonald’s rewards and have been eating at this location a lot. With the rewards, it is a great affordable option. The staff is always kind and helpful and the inside is very clean. When I mobile order, the food comes out as soon as I walk through the door!
The workers were complaining about working and the customer service was horrible. Look at the health report before you choose to order. Thank you

Service was subpar today!!! Went through the drive through at 6:45.. tried to use my app at the window because I forgot to use it at the order thing.. the guy in the window told me if I wanted to use my app I would have to get out of line and go back around and re order..and use my app that way.. not sure what has changed or if anything cause I do that all the time.. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE if you ask me or maybe someone needs to be trained better!
