This is the WORST location ! Every SINGLE time I come to location there are ALWAYS issues. Mainly, with staff and management. I have waited over 25 minutes and the only car in the drive thru for a prepaid mobile order.i sat at the speaker for at least 10 without any acknowledgement. I finally drove to the window. I sat there about 10 more minutes while 3 employees looked at me fromer circle. They stood there and was doing nothing. Finally, one came to the window and with disrespectful attitude asked if we didn't stop at the speaker! I have dealt with Management there and they are extremely rude and disrespectful! I have been other locations and haven't had these problems at all! The North Highland Jackson TN location is the BEST! Very friendly, cooperative, and staff. Never a problem!

I went throught the drive-thru, but my service and food were GREAT!! The girl at the window was suuuper nice with GREAT manners, even told me "have a blessed day" ā¤ļø She asked if I'd need jelly or picante sauce...I didn't have to ask HER or BEG HER like ppl have become accustomed to š¤£š My food was FRESH, hot and very good!! If you haven't had BK in Ripley lately, give them a try!!! I was pleasantly surprisedā¤ļø GREAT JOB!!
Rude customer serviceā¦a hand comes out the window for your money (nothing verbal) a hand comes out the window and hands out a bag! No words were ever spoken!! Rude! People in this type of service should remember without customers there is no business and without business there are no jobs, then businesses close!!!

I came and bought 2 over $11meals and I ask for some ketchup the man went to get me some the short white said something to him he put it back then she said u can gone get that he brought me two pks and one meal dam near 12 we gone do something about this
