Honestly the night crew on 1-24-26 was so friendly and helpful even with the shitty weather Ripley fast food service sucks everyone is so rude! This new store and the gentleman working are outstanding! I will definitely eat here again

We ordered a sausage pizza had 4 slices of the pizza with 1 or no pieces of sausage on it! Called and talked to a very cocky man who, when I asked for the manager claimed he was the manager then also claimed he was the general manager! Finally after a very smart mouth conversation from him, said he would pick up the pizza and bring another one, only then to have a female call and say that no they could not remake the pizza! Very Rude and not professional at all. He kept saying I didn’t make it, so I don’t know how much sausage is on it!! I will never spend another penny at this place and will advise others not to as well!!

Sat in the parking lot watching the tracker. The moment it said complete, i went in. The air was set somewhere in the low 60s. Waited 10 min at the counter to get my order, got it, went all the way home and found a cold pizza missing toppings. Had to go all the way back to get a refund and was told... despite when i bought the food they got the money right then, but for a refund i had to wait 3 to 5 days and qouldnt give me any kind of proof of the refund so if i never get my money theres no record. Now lets talk about the 6 flys that came in through the always open drive thru window landing all over the food and utensils. They hire all these kids for low wage and wonder why the product suffers. Its their attitude

I asked for extra cinnamon on my cinnamon twist and was told they don’t allow it . I have never been denied extra cinnamon but to top it off it didn’t come with any. Like what tf is this

Hey all customers that patronize Domino's in Ripley!! Please, Please don't waste your money on this sorry establishment!! I ordered Buffalo wings and got dry wings!! Who does that!! I will tell you who? A sorry business that's who!! I am not giving these No Cooking Resturants my money and then instead of correcting the issue they want to get smart!! Well, you picked the wrong one to get smart with!! Find a descent restaurant and leave Domino's along!! They're PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST!! I AM SO OVER YOUR SORRY WINGS! Enjoy what you made from me on this order, because I promise you this is and was your last order! The wings had very to no sauce on them. If you don't understand or know how to make buffalo wings, then find a recipe and follow it!! If you know how!!

Made my order wrong. Ordered an Italian sandwich got home to find a Philly sandwich in my box that looked like it was made by a 6 year old. When I brought it back Told me I could keep that one or they could remake mine and looked perturbed when i chose the later as if I should have taken what I was given. They Did apologize for making my order wrong but that’s it didn’t offer anything for me making the extra trip. On top of that they had some very inappropriate music playing in a business like that and didn’t seem concerned about it playing while I was in there. Won’t be ordering from Ripley Dominos for a while until some one tells me management has changed and has gotten better.

Dominos is a joke nothing but young,inexperienced people, absolutely no idea what customer service is, we first waited on the phone for 15 and nobody answered, had to call back and then someone else answered and was completely confused and unprofessional!! Every time we've had the worst service, you will not get any more of our business!!
