Went in today to grab lunch before work. This was my first time visiting this restaurant so I looked over the menu and ordered the first thing that grabbed my attention. I mispronounced the chicken Monterey as chicken Montgomery (similar dish from a different restaurant) she was very rude “I don’t know what you’re talking about we ain’t got no chicken Montgomery. I corrected my pronunciation and she said my order would be out in in 15-20 minutes. Cool. I waited for about 15 minutes and the lady in the kitchen came out to tell me they were out of chicken. I told her I wish I’d been informed earlier bc I have to get to work and don’t have time to wait another 20 minutes. She goes on a loud rant about how she’s the only one back there and that she spent all that time looking for chicken. I told her that I’d just like to get my money back and she throws her hands up in my face and walks away. I’m very disappointed bc I’ve heard great things about this place and was really looking forward to trying the food. But after this experience and seeing how they treat customers, I definitely will not be back

All tables were dirty. Found a table and sat down. Waited over 20 min, nobody waited on me no coffee or menu. Got up and walked by cashier on way out, and not a word said to me. Shame it was my favorite local place.

The food and service were great. The atmosphere was okay. The bathroom was super hot like the heat was on. Beyond that, I do recommend. Also, come hungry portions were big.

The food was cold, and the eggs were wrong. I asked for sunny side up twice, and they gave me scrambled. My husbands pancakes were cold. He asked for syrup, and it never came. Everything was cold, and we did not eat. This place used to be our favorite place now we are going to have to find a new spot.

The younger lady yells and screams and complains about her employees and yells across the restaurant to the customers that come in whether they have a call in order or door dash to see what they are coming in for, while there are customers inside eating or waiting for their food. Took me about 10 minutes to get silverware and butter. I have applied to this restaurant but never got a call and they wonder why they have poor employees…. THEY SUCK!!! Food is good but service SUCKS!!
