They've gone downhill recently. The last 2 times I've been by there they were out of something. Today they told me they didn't serve Dr Pepper, they were out of sweet tea, and they didn't put the pie pops in the box. When I discovered they had omitted that I went back. The girl at the windows looked around abd said we out of those, do you want a biscuit? I told her no, I wanted the pie pops. And I left.

It used to be good, but its sadly gone down hill, especially with service and food, the chicken is greasy and can cause stomach issues for people with sensitive stomachs, also the counter workers aren't very friendly they rushed through my order and left out stuff that comes with the meal I ordered

Order a nugget meal just 1 and have been sitting for over ten minutes. They always pull you up to wait for your food. I assume because if they seen their drive thru line wait time they would get in trouble for that. I had three other cars sitting beside me all waiting for food. They’re always so rude waited all that time to not even get the sauce I wanted either still has to go inside 🤦🏽♀️ I hate this place

Literally lied to us both about a promotion that was going on. Being very rude about it. Told us both it had been stopped yesterday. Because they was lossing money. So, We drive over to the Dyersburg, TN one. To find out the one in Ripley, TN lied. The store had chose not to participate in the promotion in Ripley TN KFC. Lost our business. Good job. We knew something was up when we changed the address in the app. The last time we ordered at this place. The food was not worth it. Only because of this promotion. We tried again. We was right the first time. The manager was even rude to someone while we were just asking about the promotion. Thanks but no Thanks. From the almost empty parking lot with 3 cars We should have realized to walk away. Dyersburg, TN made up with a smile and more.

This location is the exact reason you cant get fast food anywhere anymore. I waited in drive thru at the speaker for 12 min to give my order, then was told it was a 30 min wait. Imagine a chicken place with no chicken. Drive thru was empty, store was empty as well. I asked did you know it was a 30 min wait 10 min ago when you told me to hold for a sec?. She replied yep. All the while 2 empl9yess were outside hittin a weed pen, a dude was inside waving his arms around dancing like he was singing along to a rap song. The owner needs to step in and change the way they look at hiring becaude who he has doin it now aint it. Friends and family hires have run this place into the ground. Hire someone who actually wants to work

The manager on duty, a beautiful black woman I can’t remember her name, answered my phone call and was able to make me the one thing I have been craving and searching for for MONTHS. Why KFC stopped doing the spicy famous bowl, I don’t know but it was a bad idea. She made my whole WEEK. It’s hot, spicy, fresh, and so delicious. Thank you!! Forget about anyone saying anything negative about this location. They’re just rude. I not only got service that was above and beyond, but speedy and kind as well. During a cross country trip, there is nothing better than a hot meal. ?❤️?
