Watched the manager rudely tell several people “seniors “ to “you will have to wait “ to place their orders because they were not using the kiosk , they had been there for over 5 minutes . We used the kiosk and it spit out a blank receipt … way to many people working here with horrible management. Took 15 minutes to get our food . Fix your management and the attitudes or I’ll file more formal complaint with the issues seen and witnessed which was atrocious .

I would just bypass this whole city . Ive passed through here my whole adult life and it’s never changed . Ignorance breeds ignorance .

@McDonalds reply ? Go through the reviews , I’m not alone here , I will not waist my time on your website filing out anything when the problems have already been mentioned numerous times .. you want to pay me to be a secret customer then let’s talk otherwise fix the problem at hand .

DONT GO ON NIGHT SHIFT horrible service food will be incorrect employee don't do their job will walk right past you waiting to order while yelling at each other or cussing out loud about customers coming saying profound things my kids will not be back inside while the employees talking about sex and fighting

This has been the armpit franchise of the McDonald’s corporation since I can remember eating at a McDonald’s,, every location I’ve ever ate at no matter where at I always compare to the Ripley location.

I’ve been to this McDonalds 3 times in 3 weeks. Service is slow, there is always a long line in the drive through. Inside, the atmosphere is depressing and I have yet to get a receipt. Your number flashes across the screen so quickly, that if you look for the receipt you have no idea what it is. Tonight, 2 of the for self serve kiosks didn’t work.

Went thru drive thru, waited for 10-15 mins as they waited on 5 other vehicles in a different lane. Lady got rude saying she was with another customer. Went inside and management was also rude. No name tag being worn, management refused to give her name. We had a mobile order so this should have be quick and easy visit that turned bad.
