Ordered a mobile order. Got there right before they swapped to lunch and they made me hold at the drive through until after they swapped to lunch and then wouldn't serve me the breakfast I already paid for. Then I couldn't cancel the order because they already started prepping it.

We ordered two happy meals with extra fries and chicken nuggets, least to say, we only got four nuggets when we order six in one meal, the nuggets were cold and the fries were room temperature. Let's just say, we won't be coming back for a while.

The young girl at the window to give me my order had the NASTY ATTITUDE Ever!!!! Didn't do my order as I had placed. And asked her to correct it she got really nasty and shut the window in my face!!! Poor service from the young children working in McDonald's Ripley, TN!!! Need more training on customer service!!!

This was the first time in a long time that I visited this location. I went in to get my order because the drive-through was so backed up. Had to wait forever to get my order. I was told that inside orders are incorporated in with the drive-through. I didn't get my drink when my order came up, and I had to wait another 20 minutes just to get my drink. I know I want go to this location again.
Drink and egg McMuffin was good. Workers were friendly.

The young lady that was taking orders at this time was super rude, she had an attitude, every time she went in the back she did not acknowledge us, she spoke with a nasty tone and her body language was basically saying we were irritating her by us giving her our order, someone need to teach them proper etiquette.
