The young girl at the window to give me my order had the NASTY ATTITUDE Ever!!!! Didn't do my order as I had placed. And asked her to correct it she got really nasty and shut the window in my face!!! Poor service from the young children working in McDonald's Ripley, TN!!! Need more training on customer service!!!

This was the first time in a long time that I visited this location. I went in to get my order because the drive-through was so backed up. Had to wait forever to get my order. I was told that inside orders are incorporated in with the drive-through. I didn't get my drink when my order came up, and I had to wait another 20 minutes just to get my drink. I know I want go to this location again.

The young lady that was taking orders at this time was super rude, she had an attitude, every time she went in the back she did not acknowledge us, she spoke with a nasty tone and her body language was basically saying we were irritating her by us giving her our order, someone need to teach them proper etiquette.

What’s the purpose of ordering through the APP just to have to wait for your food for over 20 mins after arriving? I ordered an iced coffee that was part of the same order that took another 15 mins to receive.
Absolutely the worst McDonalds I’ve been to in years
We came through at 11pm and the drive through was close on a Saturday night. It’s always to many kids with no supervision. They need some competition and maybe they would step there game up but unfortunately we live in a city that’s not growing at all.

Waited almost 30 minutes for my food .I ordered an deluxe quarter pounder with cheese only tomato, lettuce,mayo and crinkle cut pickles.the cashier didn't even know that they had more than one kind of pickles then I also asked for unsweetened tea because I'm a diabetic then she gave me sweet tea . I was very unhappy with the service at this McDonald's.. I was an manager at McDonald's for 11 years . Very disappointed ☹️☹️
