I ordered pizza from the location in Ripley, TN. I got a call from the driver that he was in my driveway. I said I was on my way out. He hung up. When I went outside, no one was in the driveway. I tried to call the driver back and he didn't answer. So I called the store and was told the manager would call me back. I tried the driver again. Still no answer. Finally the manager called back. Pizza Hut consistently delivers accurate orders, with customers rarely experiencing issues. The staff is patient and courteous, even in difficult situations. The food, including their pizzas, is wonderful. The manager Eugene is great and always very professional. Any concerns with orders are taken care of right then. The buffet and $2 Tuesday are a favorite.
