Customer service at the front desk was rude and didn't seem to be able to do their job task when asked about a time frame, overall the website says ready in 30 minutes and we were notified our order was ready upon arriving they didn't have a clue about anything and said they were so far behind it'd be over a hour wait.

Was there today about 11:15 for the lunch buffet. Very disappointed. The pizza crust was undercooked on the supreme ( the only kind tried), the breadsticks were overcooked. The fountain drink Pepsi was stale. I ordered 6 wings also which were good. I paid $30 for one lunch buffet, 6 wings and 2 drinks. It is a shame that the steak house down the street does better pizza than a restaurant with Pizza in the name.

Trying to order, this place has nothing wings and the employee told me everything was down, horrible customer service, corporate needs to step in and correct this. Horrible customer service. The Ripley location is garbage.

It's newly opened. Not sure why there is no soda machine. Just bottled pop, tea and water. Was served with one plastic fork and one regular fork. Hopefully they get the kinks out soon

I've ALWAYS loved this place as a kid I read so much just to get a Book-It pin along with my very own personal pan on Fridays 😋Now as an adult Tuesday has been my favorite day because of the buffet and now they're giving us $2 Tuesday.. I will ALWAYS chose Pizza Hut over any pizza place🤞🏽I live in Ripley TN so this is where I spend my money.. They always get my order right.. Keep up the good work..
