Taco Bell has been a little off. I order the same two things every time I order there a chicken quesadilla and a chicken chalupa I had to stop getting the chalupas bc everytime they were stale and made incorrectly and here lately with my chicken quesadillas the cheese isn’t melted hardly no sauce and chicken it is cut messy like they don’t know what they are doing.

The food was cold, the service was horrible, the atmosphere was completely unprofessional. Workers cussing and yelling at each other. Calling and texting on their phones. Food was messy and it's presentation was far from Taco Bell standards. They locked the lobby doors. Mixed up orders and left items out of orders.
Me and my friend was there today in Ripley TN Taco Bell we had specific instructions on how we wanted our food fixed well that didn't help they fixed it the way they wanted to I ordered a cantenna power bowl no rice she even had me repeat it twice and still gavee rice I paid for extra chicken cause I wanted that in place of rice which only happened in there favor then my friend ordered number 7 with no lettuce and added sour cream none of that happened I used to love taco bell but I just don't care for it any more I am prediabetic I am not supposed to eat rice well I did and she threw most of her food away I Pray Taco Bell gets some employees that fix the food the way the customers ask for it to be fixed I don't plan on going back she doesn't either and if anyone ask me I will tell them the truth the employees order and make the food how the employees want it to be not the customers
