I seriously loathe giving reviews that’s are not positive….but after 4 silly experiences, I gotta speak up… I’m not sure if the owner or the employees are just following instructions - but the salad situation is no bueno.
For the 4th time… - 9 pieces of spinach - literally - HALF a cup of iceberg lettuce - 1 tomato slice cut into 8 pieces
I always ask for extra veggies (like you would on a sandwich) & they just ignore you … every. single. time. Listen, I am not trying to create some drama at my local Subway … but when someone asks for more veggies, just give ‘em the dang veggies… it’s just silly. I would absolutely stop coming here if it weren’t 200 yards from my home & maybe I eventually will. I absolutely realize this is not Ruth’s Chis, so I’m only comparing it to OTHER SUBWAYS. If people Ask for extra veggies, give them extra veggies for crying out loud. I think they are missing opportunities to serve customers better. Especially people right here in their local community that help them stay in business.

Holy cow subway. There's no way a turkey sub should be $13. That's a 260% price increase in less than 10 years. The website even has listed as 8.49. I just paid 18.46 for one combo.

This is the worst subway. They are the most expensive, yet consistently serve old food. It is the furthest from "fresh" . They also rush through and will give you a COLD sandwich. I spent $30 and got cold junk. I have given them dozens of chances and it is consistently BAD. again, this subway is more expensive than other subways. Save your money, you could get a good meal anywhere else for that cost.

Ordered for online pickup today (4/18/24) and had hubby grab it on the way home. In my order, I ordered three kids meals. We didn’t receive their applesauces or milks with our order. Tried calling and the number isn’t working. It just says, “I’m sorry, the person you’re trying to reach does not have their voicemail set up.” Can’t even find any other number to reach the store. I shouldn’t have to drive 20 minutes out (40 min round trip) to get a refund or my product because they’re failing to have a working phone. Very unhappy!
