“I 100% recommend this cafe for many reasons. They stand behind their principles. You go in and feel like you are talking to a friend instead of feeling like you are just a transaction. The food is the highest quality you can get in this part of the country. They remember what you order and even what your spouse orders to go. Coffee is nice and strong but keeps that great taste you expect from a high quality coffee. Plenty of room in a very relaxed environment that makes you just feel at home. I can literally not say one bad thing about this place or the owners/emoloyees.”

“I normally get the Burrito Arandas or the Shrimp Primavera. You really can't go wrong with either choice. It normally depends if I want chorizo or not. I don't think there is a better burrito around. With pork, beef, chicken, and chorizo; then add the veggies and smother it in cheese sauce. That's heaven on a plate. Shrimp cheese and rice really needs no explanation lol.”

“We just stopped by Susie’s after passing by many times. I had the best bologna sandwich I’ve ever had and my husband had a roast turkey sandwich with bacon added. The sandwiches and the service were great. Would recommend to any traveling by.”

“I recently visited Taco Bell and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Kat, the nicest cashier I’ve ever met. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine friendliness that instantly made my day better. Kat was patient, helpful in walking me through the menu, and made sure my order was perfect. Her positive attitude and kindness created such a welcoming experience that stood out far beyond the usual fast-food visit. Taco Bell is lucky to have someone like Kat, she turned a quick meal into a truly memorable one. Highly recommend stopping by if you get the chance to be served by her!”

“The pizza was good, but the stuff crust one that we got in our order was so greasy it was almost inedible. They seem short staffed. I waited patiently and never said anything, but the young man that waited on me was very dismissive and not polite. The rest of our pizzas were fine though, it may have just been a one off experience. We will go back and try again.”

“Finally!!! The sonic we all have been waiting for, shakes were awesome, smash burger definitely one of the best burgers I’ve had at sonic, the cheese sticks were so juicy! And let’s not forget the amazing Chocolate cake filled with ice cream, not a big Chocolate fan but it was perfect not to overpowering! Best Location in East TN hands down!! It is in new Management/Owner and you can definitely see and taste the difference! Keep it up!”

“Edit: I got an XL instead of the hand tossed I ordered. Brandon the GM was apologetic refunded my payment and made me the right pizza personally. It was the best pizza I've had yet. Even when they messed up, they still made it right. So...My local Domino's STILL hasn't let me down. The new stuffed crust is the best in the business. I don't order pizza that often, but when I do, it's usually from Domino's. These guys always take good care of me. The staff pays attention to my request for extra sauce and always has a friendly welcome to Domino's when I pick up. The store and staff have always looked neat and clean.”

“Salad bar was very good. Please note that some “cold” items were too close to, or even under, the heat lamps. Saylor was my waitress. She was excellent and even though she gave me written instructions on how to rate five stars I must give four because of the potential for foods kept at the wrong temperature. This could be a food safety issue.”

“We stopped in tonight for dinner and had a great meal! We had the 12ct corn nuggets for starters! They came out crunchy and amazing!!! I had one of the numerous specials on the board, kraut and weenies, my 2 sides were cole slaw and mashed potatoes… my meal was absolutely delicious! My wife had the patty melt on Texas toast and onion rings!! The rings were deep fried perfectly and had an awesome crunch! The melt was cooked to perfection and very delicious, I was able to eat a few bites to make this review! We will definitely be back and looking forward to breakfast on Saturdays there real soon! I strongly recommend you stop by and give them a try, your taste buds will thank you! Great food, atmosphere, and staff!!”

“On August 5, my husband, daughter, and I stopped at Cracker Barrel in Harriman. We were on our first outing in an unfamiliar van, a new venture for us with him going out and using his wheelchair. We were returning from the Vanderbilt ALS Clinic in Nashville. It had been a long day and we were having quite a rough time trying to get my husband situated but the staff was patient and courteous through it all. We appreciate that. Thank you. She was incredibly polite, attentive, and generous with her time, making sure we were cared for and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and pride for her restaurant added a personal touch that’s hard to find these days. And the food was fantastic. Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you want to come back the next morning and the one after that. Not to mention, the prices are unbeatable for the portions you are given!
