Couple of the worst pizzas I've ever got from Dominos, usually there pretty good but not this time. They were burnt and had enough sauce on them to drown an average size adult. Terrible just Terrible!!!

Imagine waiting on your gf to get home after working 13 hours and haven't ate all day to pick up dominoes at 9:00 at night and there be no chicken on my chicken Buffalo sub! So I didn't eat that and no one wanted drive all way back up there after we both been slammed all day, so I didn't get to eat and they replaced the sub only like I didn't want eat everything together smh plus the cheese bread was hard as a rock and burnt! Of course a excuse from the manager on that, so I'll be trying figure out how to update the vidoe, I can see why they have a bad review we won't be eating there again!!

Literally everytime I've ordered, somehow something is wrong. How do you consistently accidentally put meat in things that have no meat?? Complete disregard for potential allergies.

I have an issue almost every time I order. Had my order canceled for no reason. They gave me a coupon for 50%off. Didn’t work. Now today again I ordered food over an hour in advance and then 2 min before someone gets there I get an email that my order was canceled because they didn’t have a free item I ordered. And the manager said well we are busy and there is only a couple of us here.

I use to work at dominos and this is not a pan pizza. This looks more like a hand tossed and where are my pepperonis and the crust is burnt. Smh do better.

This is the most incompetent store ever. I will trash talk Dominos to everyone I know. They charged me over $30.oo and then sent the wrong pizza. To top it off, the driver just said " oh well", and tried to call the store. Nobody answered the phone. Then I tried to call, and Nobody answered me either. I had to call my credit card company to cancel the payment. They were going to keep the money and no pizza.

Our order got messed up accidentally (it happens! I get it) and Chloe really took care of us and got everything remade correctly. I hate bringing food back and complaining (I don’t want to be a Karen) but she was so nice and understanding!

I recently called to request extra garlic crust seasoning with my order, as I have done many times before. However, I was informed that they can no longer add extras unless it can be properly charged.

In other experiences, around 33% of the orders have been incorrect.

I feel like it is time to relate our experience with this Domino's pizza. We, like other posters, were also glad to see this store open. It has been about 50-50 so far on getting the order correct.

The first day it was open we ordered pizza with a salad. The pizza came, but not the salad. When I called the, I guess, person in charge said that they didn't have any salads. They didn't contact us or refund the cost of the salad. I guess they were just letting the chips fall, so to speak. We were offered and accepted compensation.

Over the months, as I said above, ordering has been hit and miss and we always called, were offered compensation and accepted it. Today, 6/1/2024, things went a bit differently with Jason (I believe that was the manager's name on duty).

We ordered a specialty pizza (see below directly from the website order) and added mushrooms and cheddar cheese along with some wings.

Cheddar Cheese Blend, Mushrooms, Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, Cheese, Pepperoni, Ham, Beef, Italian Sausage, Shredded Provolone Cheese

The order arrived promptly and when we opened the pizza it was a pizza with ONLY mushrooms and cheddar cheese, not the Meatzza ingredients. I called the store and gave my phone so they could pull up my order. I explained (to Jason) that we got the wrong pizza with came with only the extras we added without the rest. He was quick to offer compensation which we accepted; he would get us the correct pizza.

40 minutes later I called back and the guy that answered the phone tried to tell us that the pizza was being worked on. I asked what "worked on" means since we had waited 40 minutes. That is longer than we waited to get the incorrect order by the way. Sensing my frustration, he said that he would put the manager on. When Jason answered to repeated the working on statement to which, again, I asked what that meant reminding him of how long we had been waiting. That's when things went south...

He tried to explain how busy and shorthanded they were (every Dominos ever probably) and that there were other people in the queue in front of us. I refuted that logic saying that once we got the wrong order, we should have been #1 in the queue. He disagreed and offered to explain their protocols to me. The only protocol I was interested in was logic, so I insisted that he was doing it incorrectly and that I'd love to have this conversation with the GM. He then offered to cancel my order which, when I asked, meant that he was refund the money we paid.

I said that I was clearly not going to get the preferential treatment that is due a person to whom they had delivered the wrong pizza so go ahead and do that and we will just cease patronizing his store. His response was "That is fine with me". I am sure his GM would not be fine with it.

Follow up:

Over an hour after my conversation with the misguided Jason, a Domino's delivery showed up at my door. The delivery woman was so very polite and apologized several times for the mix-up and tardiness. Once in the house I opened the box; it was ANOTHER mushroom and cheddar cheese pizza!!!

I have had pizza delivered 3 times from this location I live 11 minutes from this location 3.3 miles and now all of a sudden they can’t deliver to my address waited so long for a dominos location to open up near us so we didn’t have to drive to get our pizza from the Harriman location so much for that.. on top of everything good luck placing an order by phone at this location the employees seem to not understand a word you are saying like your speaking another language or something truly disappointing won’t be going to dominos anymore.
