Usually everything turns out good. However, a lot of times things are forgotten. Today my 1 free sauce for my nuggets was forgotten. Also this location charges per sauce. I ordered enough food today , that I should at least gotten 5 free sauces of my choice. I asked for ranch for my snack wraps, was told they already had ranch on them. I still like to dip them in ranch. Again , with as much as I ordered I should had recieved some sauce with my order. After driving around waiting in line again for my ONE SAUCE for my nuggets. They made sure I only got ONE. So ridiculous.

The supervisor does not know how to speak to employees or customers. He talks down to employees like they are stupid. He shouldn't be allowed to be in charge of one store, much less multiple stores.

My nuggets were not fresh! Tasted old and heated up in the microwave, same with my McChicken. The lettuce was bad. My caramel sundae was melted. And they put that blame on my dasher all because they were 25 minutes late picking it up. That’s no excuse for why my food tasted nasty and like it had been heated up in a microwave.

my issue is not with the employees at this store, they were killing it when i got there working hard. however, if cooperate is going to elect to take the drink machine, napkins, and ketchup station away, it needs to allow the extra labor for a full time front line employee to assist the dine in patrons. we’d happily get it ourselves, we aren’t looking to be served like a sit down restaurant. but we aren’t allowed back there. this is causing extra wait time for drinks which are typically given immediately with the order but we are having to order at kiosks, which if given the option i also would not do.

Food was okayish but the kid working there was incredibly rude to me after I had ordered, she had laughed at my appearance and then when I confronted her she just left. I think her name was Gabbi? Or that’s what one of the workers called her, incredibly rude would not employ her.

Food is what you’d expect, kind of dry and cold. Staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Restaurant is dirty, especially the bathroom. Seems they’re more worried about having a good time than actually working!
