My nuggets were not fresh! Tasted old and heated up in the microwave, same with my McChicken. The lettuce was bad. My caramel sundae was melted. And they put that blame on my dasher all because they were 25 minutes late picking it up. That’s no excuse for why my food tasted nasty and like it had been heated up in a microwave.

my issue is not with the employees at this store, they were killing it when i got there working hard. however, if cooperate is going to elect to take the drink machine, napkins, and ketchup station away, it needs to allow the extra labor for a full time front line employee to assist the dine in patrons. we’d happily get it ourselves, we aren’t looking to be served like a sit down restaurant. but we aren’t allowed back there. this is causing extra wait time for drinks which are typically given immediately with the order but we are having to order at kiosks, which if given the option i also would not do.

Food was okayish but the kid working there was incredibly rude to me after I had ordered, she had laughed at my appearance and then when I confronted her she just left. I think her name was Gabbi? Or that’s what one of the workers called her, incredibly rude would not employ her.

Food is what you’d expect, kind of dry and cold. Staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Restaurant is dirty, especially the bathroom. Seems they’re more worried about having a good time than actually working!

They've changed up the chicken nuggets. Good but look so different.
They need to hire more morning staff. They are the absolute slowest in the morning. If you have less than 10 minutes and there are 2 cars in front of you just drive on because you will be waiting for 20. I usually get the bacon egg and cheese and half the time the bacon is either charred to dust or the cheese is cold.

Went to McDonald's in Rockwood today. Ordered 2 bacon quarter pounder with cheese meals. I get home and there was zero bacon and the sandwich wasn't even hot. I love 5 mins away so it should have been. Fries were cold and greasy. I'm sure John and Sandra Farris wouldn't like to know that their managers refuse to remake an order that was made so poorly. I won't be going back to that McDonald's ever and will be calling corporate
