The supervisor does not know how to speak to employees or customers. He talks down to employees like they are stupid. He shouldn't be allowed to be in charge of one store, much less multiple stores.

customer service is crazy,, went through drive through asked if there was sweet and sour in the bag the women’s says “if you asked for it it’s in there” with attitude for no reason then proceed to check my bag and am missing a fry but if i ask for it it should be in there right rude as heck for no absolute reason.

I would put a 0 star but thats not an option.The service at the rockwood one is awful. Waited for well over 20 minutes. Not busy at all and can't get any food out and there were several people waiting and nobody is acknowledging any of these customers. Its bad when people are walking out and they dont care

Couldn't believe they gave me a Mcrib on a hamburger bun! They took out the self service drinks. All in all not very good atmosphere at Christmas. Stopped in a McDonald's in a small town in my travels in November and it was decked out and they even had a sitting Donald with a Santa hat on. I was impressed. 🎅

I have given the restaurant many opportunities to do better. The place is awful can't get waited on by a cashier and if you do get your order in make sure you check your food. I guarantee it will be wrong or items missing. I stood in line at the cash register for almost 10 minutes waiting for a cashier to take my order. Finally I determined that if it takes that long to place an order then it will take forever to get the food together so I left. I will not return. The restaurant needs a GM as the one there now is losing all the business. I do not recommend this place of business if you want fast food and the food to be made right go elsewhere.

OKAY y’all getting better with the correct orders but I get y’all trying to save money but why are all the drinks watered down y’all ain’t making enough money of 25 cents you charge people for a pack of sauce ?
Ordered on the app before I got there and it took longer than a sit down restaurant to get the double cheeseburger, small fries and drink. The burger was fine, but the fries were like they were sitting under the lamp from the day before. Definitely not the best fries on the planet like they are supposed to be. I understand that it could be that they are understaffed like a lot of restaurants nowadays, but if you want fast, cheap food, you might want to try the Taco Bell next door.

Wait 10 to 15 minutes for a 20 piece large Fries. The fries weren't even salted and the nuggets themselves were roomtemp at best and some of them were stale. I usually love Rockwood Mcds but this really was upsetting.
