my issue is not with the employees at this store, they were killing it when i got there working hard. however, if cooperate is going to elect to take the drink machine, napkins, and ketchup station away, it needs to allow the extra labor for a full time front line employee to assist the dine in patrons. we’d happily get it ourselves, we aren’t looking to be served like a sit down restaurant. but we aren’t allowed back there. this is causing extra wait time for drinks which...
Mr roofus (not sure if I spelled his name correctly) was very kind and helpful even bringing me my order and checking on me and making sure I was good and didn't need anything else while I ate
They need to hire more morning staff. They are the absolute slowest in the morning. If you have less than 10 minutes and there are 2 cars in front of you just drive on because you will be waiting for 20. I usually get the bacon egg and cheese and half the time the bacon is either charred to dust or the cheese is cold.
