I ordered on the app and after they left my order of groovy fries out i saw that at restaurant and the car hop replaced the tots for the groovy fries i get home and my cheese burger still had tomatoes on it and after biting down into it and getting tomatoes along with a cool burger that whole meal wasn't worth eating. I usually stick to hot dogs or corn dogs cause they for the most part can't mess that up.

Finally!!! The sonic we all have been waiting for, shakes were awesome, smash burger definitely one of the best burgers I’ve had at sonic, the cheese sticks were so juicy! And let’s not forget the amazing Chocolate cake filled with ice cream, not a big Chocolate fan but it was perfect not to overpowering! Best Location in East TN hands down!! It is in new Management/Owner and you can definitely see and taste the difference! Keep it up!

It's a sonic, it's about what you would expect. The food is always hot and good but expensive. The shakes which I get frequently are always amazing. The staff is also amazing. At this point I prefer it over the it's competition Harriman location.

It’s Sonic, same as all of them. The four stars are not in comparison to other restaurants, but rather by Sonic standards. Great drinks and milkshakes with greasy food. The French toast sticks are really good though

I tried the Dirty Dr Pepper a few weeks ago & have been hooked ever since! The tater tots are always a go-to for me. Now, I've found a new favorite - the Bacon Double Smash Burger!

It doesn't matter how many times I ask, when I order a burger with no cheese, they continue to add cheese anyway. I call and talk to someone and I'm always hung up on and all I do is ask for them to please reiterate that when someone says no cheese, it means NO CHEESE. And these people want 15 an hour.. get orders correct please.

Foods always good. My favorites are the soft pretzel twists the mozzarella sticks with marinara. And the fudge sundae. I have to say these servers are always hustling. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. The only disappointment is that a lot of the screens in the parking spots for the cars don't work. It wouldn't be so bad if they had out of order signs on the sides of them. (So people don't pull in and then have to pull back out because they're not working properly). It happened to me and happened to many cars after me while I was eating my lunch.

I got a meal that included fries or tots, I chose tots. When I got my order the tots were so hard they could not be ate. I checked everyone of the tots and non were eatable. I pushed the call button and nicely said I needed an order of fries because my tots were to hard and couldn't eat them. The girl who took my order never said, let us replace those or anything just sat there quiet. I finally said I don't care to pay for my fries but I do need an order. They never offered to replace with fresh order, never said anything about even when bringing out my fries. They need food service etiquette class or this sonic will not stay open. Giving people food that has been over cooked, undercooked, or been under a heat lamp so long it's turned to stone is not what people want with food prices the way they are today. I e always liked going to Sonic and I sure hope things get better.

Our order took an extremely long time only to be wrong when we did receive it. If you make a mistake on an order, which according to the server they did, please let the customer know why it is taking so long.
