I recently visited Taco Bell and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Kat, the nicest cashier I’ve ever met. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine friendliness that instantly made my day better. Kat was patient, helpful in walking me through the menu, and made sure my order was perfect. Her positive attitude and kindness created such a welcoming experience that stood out far beyond the usual fast-food visit. Taco Bell is lucky to have someone like Kat, she turned a quick meal into a truly memorable one. Highly recommend stopping by if you get the chance to be served by her!

I went through and spent over $50 and found a hair wrapped around a piece of chicken in a taco. Go to call them, no answer. I called several time and just let it ring and it ends the call saying line busy.

my cinnabons were not fully cooked so we went back around and we were really nice too and they basically said there was nothing they could do. why would they serve food thats not fully cooked.

My wife and I came in last Thursday 7/17/2025. I have to say this was the best experience I've ever had in a taco bell. Right when our food came out I noticed how everything was portioned properly. There was just the right amount of cheese, lettuce, sauce, and meat in my tacos. When I got to my quesadilla I notices it was cut to perfection, filled from edge to edge with sauce, meat and cheese. My wifes food was equally impressive. I started looking around because I had never really had such a great experience and I noticed everyone seemed happy, there was no tension or visible stress. The manager had his shirt tucked in and presented well. He seemed to run a tight ship but in an enjoyable way that resulted in getting more from each employee and promoting team work. I was in restaurant management for 5 years and now I manage a manufacturering company in Knoxville and I was extremely impressed with this managers leadership. If I owned this Taco Bell I would do everything I could to keep this guy and expand my operation resting assured this manager is there to lead that charge. The team is equally impressive, if they do every task in their life with this much intent and care they will certainly be successful in any future endeavors. Great work!

Got a chicken cantina bowl. Chicken was very notably old and stale lol. I wouldn't have said anything if it was like, a couple hours old but this chicken was like, days old. Dark and chewy. Rest of the bowl was good tho.

I went here last night to try the new chicken nuggets for the first time, and they were awful. It looked like they had been cooked for 3 hours! Stale and hard! I’ve had trouble before with getting the chalupas and the shell being hard and stale too. Food costs too much to get it old and sometimes even cold!

Very disappointed, threw it away. Ordered taco supremes & there might have been a half tablespoon of meat. I didn’t order a taco to eat just lettuce & a taco shell. The tacos themselves were only half full
