This place is BEAUTIFUL! My family stopped in and walked the property, such a nice place. When approaching the restaurant, they were some unruly guests leaving, so with hesitance we decided to go on in. I’m so glad we did, the staff was so friendly, they were cutting up and making jokes with us. One of the new operators came to our table to introduce herself and told us a little about her story and how she met her husband here! She apologized for the scene that was outside and offered us free dessert! Our food was phenomenal. Couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Thank you Amis Mill Eatery, we will definitely be back!

Don’t listen to Lainey epperson. She was being overly aggressive with the wait staff and refused to pay, even though she ate her full meal and boxed up the leftovers. She was very hostile and caused an unnecessary scene. I was enjoying my meal until she started cussing in front of all the other patrons. Then heard her telling people not to eat here. The young lady at the front handled it better than I would have. Once again, if you don’t like the food why would you eat the majority of it and save the rest to-go, and then refuse to pay. Other than the Karen, we had a delightful time with an amazing view and the food was superb. I recommend the fried green tomatoes.

Used to be a wonderful place to eat, my family and I were so excited to go back but unfortunately the new management does not care about the satisfaction of her customers. A 20 something year old with a massive attitude problem. If you have any concerns about your service she will get disrespectful. -10/10 experience and the food was outrageous overpriced for what it was

Great place to come and eat. We had stopped in for an amazing meal. We had the Cajun catfish and the ribeye, and everything was cooked to perfection and the Cajun butter with the steak was amazing it's a great atmosphere we sat on the deck and watched the waterfall as we ate. Highly recommend.

All the food is great but the Alfredo has so much flavor, my favorite.

Very disappointed….First our table for two was one seat facing the wall, when explaining the special our server told us there were only 3 left so she went to the kitchen and told them we were ordering one while I looked over the menu to decide what I wanted. My fiancés order came out ten minutes before mine. Apparently they went ahead and started preparing his before my order was put with it. They were out of several items. My cedar plank salmon was so overcooked it had the texture of well done chicken and no flavor at all. My fiancés ribeye was so thin, fatty and greasy he ate half. His lobster tail was good and the crab cake appetizer was good. We took the salmon home for the dogs. $130 meal and we go home hungry! And I need to add that we did express our dissatisfaction to the server. Twice actually and all she said was “I’m sorry, I’ll bring your bill” !!!!

What a treasure this place is. We were in the area doing some business around dinner time and discovered this place. Not only is it historical, it has the most beautiful scenery and wonderful food. The employees go above a beyond. The owner took the time to greet us and gave us some historical insight about the mill which has been in his wife’s family for generations. We had the prime rib, wedge salad, crawdad bites and the best green beans ever. Everything was amazing.. we seriously can’t wait to go back. Everything is from scratch and fresh. Next time we will buy some sandwiches and go across the street and do some fishing..

Such a wonderful place to dine. The staff and owner are so friendly and accommodating and the view is beautiful. The food is outstanding, the crawfish and shrimp poboys are huge portions and cooked to perfection. The french fries are delicious and so is the remoulade. The gumbo is a savory bowl of cajun comfort at it's finest. Cannot wait to go back for prime rib. This is our new favorite place.

My family and I ate at Amis Mill this evening and the food was fantastic. They were busy but very accommodating even with a fussy baby. Our server was Sam and I haven’t had such phenomenal service in a long time. Highly recommend.
