Good quality chicken and sides to go with it. We always enjoy our meals from here. Highly recommend you give them a try. Super friendly staff and helpful.
They use to be good but the last couple of times we have stop there to get something the chicken biscuit has been under cooked and the bowl rounds had been like they have been cooked for 3days and give to you. So we got a sausage and ham and the sausage had a weird taste and the ham had a funky color to it. Then when you call back to try and tell them something isn't done they get pissy about it like ur lieing. If ppl don't like there job find another one and if Bojangles doesn't watch who is working for them. They will end up losing business.

Ordered 2 piece meal advertising on TV for 5.99 charged 7.49 get down the road no biscuit in box nothing but problems at Rogersville location on other visits advertising 2 sausage and egg biscuits for 4 dollars on front billboard charged 5 dollars on 2 occasions also they charge 2.49 for large tea where Kingsport store charges 1.19 I'm done with Rogersville store I understand why it closed last time

I wish you could serve chicken that's not spicy..I can't handle spicy,my grandson loves the chicken tenders and Mac and cheese..but I want a chicken breast that's not spicy...
It's 5.20 in the afternoon and they don't have chicken. They took money and didn't say anything about waiting . Need to get managers involved
