Be sure to always check your bags! Almost every visit, we're going inside to get something that was left out. This evening the lobby was FULL of people who had order issues... I understand that mistakes happen but it's a little ridiculous when it's every time & definitely when you have a store full of unsatisfied customers.

10/11/24 @ 8.32 am my wife and I just dropped our son off to football practice and on the way home decided to get something to eat so we seen burger King worst mistake going there the lady at the second window was rude she pushed the cold coffee in to my hand spilling down my arm and on the out side of my car slamms the window after doing so gets our food slams the window open more or less threw me my food and slams the window back shut I will never be there again just thought I would leave this review in hopes it may help someone else avoid the pain of dealing with a very unprofessional employee

I don’t know what’s wrong with this location, if the employees are slow or just trying to raise sells but they always ring my stuff up wrong and end up charging me $1-$2 more each visit even when I specifically say what size then the woman at the first window says she can’t change it. If she can’t with the computer then maybe put someone up there who can. I eat breakfast there 4-5 times a week so that up charge that I didn’t ask for adds up.

Love bk we eat there all the time, but they messed up on my order again. I must have come later in the evening than i usually do.
The food was ok but they need to put there cell phone up and stop taking pictures of there salf and get some one to get green fly's out

I went through drive through because I was in a hurry. Food great as usual. BUT the guy who gave me my order made me feel like I was a nuisance. I asked for sauce for my cheese sticks and chicken nuggets. I told him what I'd like. He gave me 2 lol. And not what I asked for. Very disappointed ?
I have been craving a whopper with cheese lately, and Burger King has satisfied my cravings every time here lately. They made a mistake on my online order but when I brought it to their attention they were quick to make it right and even threw in a large coke. Seems like employee Mike is always at the drive through window when I go there, and he is an awesome employee. You go Mike!
