There seemed to be so much personal pride at this location. It was the best Whopper that I've had in years! It was made the way a Whopper should be made. The restaurant and the parking lot were clean. And the friendliest, most attentive staff. It was 7:58 pm on Christmas Eve and they were closing at 8:00. After a very long day of travel, we were made to feel welcome and not a burden. I can't praise the staff enough! We will definitely visit this Burger King...

It's hit or miss sometimes you go there and your food is perfect sometimes you go there you wait too long and your keys isn't properly melted on your burger I still continue to go there like I said it's just hit or miss with the food quality of the people like most fast food places

I was traveling from Bristol to Knoxville and back friday the 20th and stopped to order food on my app..didn't change my location (most apps update on their own) and went to the drive thru to pick up my lunch. Of course, it wasn't there, and I'd already paid through the app..well, a manager, a woman was so very kind to me and gave me my order. She didn't have to but comped it off. It's always bad reviews that make it to the forefront..I just wanted to...
