I and my wife went here for dating and we didn't expect what we were gonna get out of it. We ordered a bagel that included "London Broil" w/fantastic Chipotle sauce. It was phenomenal. My wife ordered a simple latte (w/o sugar mind you!) and it was great. The waitress noticed I didn't order a drink, so she went out of her way to bring me water. Let me tell you, that water was CLEAN! I'm always suspicious of East TN water. What she shared after I commented about the water, they use reverse osmosis filtration system :0 No wonder my water and my wife's latte was simply good! Wonderful place, we are going to date there again!

Was in the area stopped in for coffee. Ordered cold brew iced caramel coffee, onion bagel with bacon egg and cheese and a GF banana oat muffin to go. It was all good. 👍 the young staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Wheelchair accessibility: Unfortunately there are steps up and into the back, historic building. But they'll bring out your order to back lot I bet! And worth the ask, bc great coffee!!

This is the best coffee shop I have ever been to. Coffee is perfect, and consistently so, and the food, almost all of which is made in-house from scratch, meets or exceeds the quality of the coffee. Whenever we have visitors, we always take them and everyone loves it. We love hanging out at The Kyle House. The atmosphere is great. This happens a lot; we show up for bfast, realize we’ve stayed for a few hours and roll right into lunch. We love the sandwiches and other hot items. It’s just the best!
