We ordered 3 times and on the 3rd time of them nit fixing pizza right we called and complained. Then when they said they would fix it on next visit they said we watched them make it. The manager Corey hung up said we was lying i always tip even when I pick it up every time I get food there it sucks .managers are rude and that's why they can't keep customers worst domino pizza ever

Amazing customer service!!! Their delivery driver was in an accident, the store manager delivered our food on time and hot despite what was going on in their store. Amazing job leading by example young lady.

I placed an online order THE DAY BEFORE for 2:00. I pulled up at 1:58 and was fine with waiting but the fact that they said they hadnât started my order ticked me off a bit. I ordered at least 8 pizzas. Then they acted like they werenât gonna have change and rolled their eyes when I handed them a $100 bill. With attitudes like that, no wonder you donât have change or business.

I ordered onlineâŠdelivery time was 40 mins. I watched the tracker on and off and realized it got to quality check in about 15 mins..so I stopped checking it figuring the food would be here soon ish. After about an hour I looked and saw that it was still on quality check, didnât think anything of itâŠtechnology fails. I gave it about 20 more mins finally called to ask if they had any information on delivery because I had to leave within the next hour. The lady on the phone said sheâs not sure, that the driver had left with the food 30+ mins ago. But that she wasnât surprised that the driver always takes forever. I said well I have to leave soonâŠI donât want to pay for a pizza Iâm not gonna be getting. She said okay and credited my account, which I wonât use especially now but she did what she could and I understood that. So I put in my order at 12:30, I finally get a text at 2:30 saying my pizza is on the way. Iâm literally getting in my car to leave so I give it a few mins, sitting in my car thinking Iâll just eat on the way. After 15 mins I left. Mind you I live about 7 mins from dominos. I understand she could have other pizzas to drop off first but the fact it had been a solid 2 hours since i ordered I felt like I had gave her plenty enough time. So about 3:00 I get another text that the driver is in my neighborhood, which is completely useless at this point. My ring camera showed me she delivered it at 3:10, to the incorrect spot at that.. There wasnât anyone home, nor was anyone gonna be home for another 2 hours and she left it in the rain. I called dominos back and talked to a manager who was kind and said itâs like this all the time, the district manager wonât fire her. We donât have any control over it. She apologized and offered a free pizza. Which I declined and I also asked her about the tip I had left via card when I ordered and about the account credit I wonât be using. She said the tip wouldnât come out and that she couldnât do anything more than credit my account. She wasnât allowed to put money back on cards, again the district managers job. So I asked for her number..I called no answer. I left a voicemail in detail. I called back several times, no answer and she never called back. So if Ginger is supposed to be the one delivering your pizza I hope you have 3 hours to wait for it. If youâre wanting it for supper better order as soon as they open.

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star honestly. Worse domino's service I've ever received. My pizzas was ice cold was told by the manager they would credit my account go to get food for my family and nothing. People here are absolutely rude and plum nasty!

My wife ordered online at 6:30 she got our pizza at 8:00 she was sitting in dining room waiting they tried to over charge her the manager on duty was cussing the employees while there was a kid in the dining room and 1 of the delivery driver's took 2 hours to delivery another order and walked in and quit this place needs a make over bad !!!!

For the SECOND TIME this week, this location has made an order incorrectly. The first time, they offered a free remake the next time we went in. Today we decided to re-order & redeem the free pizza which they DID NOT honor & STILL made the pizza wrong! Wow
