My husband and I are at El patron in Rogersville Tennessee today. My husband was pleased with his meal. I ordered the fajita taco salad, it looked good until I took a bite in the steak. It was so tough I basically had a shell and a few sparce veggies in it. We in turn complained to the waiter and my husband had tried the salad as well. So I mentioned for the waiter to relay to the cook about the meat. Nothing was resolved. So when we checked out and had to pay for my meal I was so unhappy about paying good money $40.00 plus. I mentioned to the owner the steak fajita taco salad was so tough. He never offered to make it right. Needless to say we won't be doing anymore business with this establishment ever. Beware this restaurant, doesn't make anything right with the customer!!!

Absolutely disgusting experience. I ordered chicken enchiladas for pickup and made it clear I cannot eat beef due to an allergy. What did I get instead? Enchiladas stuffed with ground beef—and worse, some of the beef was completely raw in the middle. Not slightly undercooked—literally raw, pink, and cold in parts. I took a few bites before realizing and now I’m sick to my stomach and furious.

I called immediately to report it, and instead of apologizing or helping, the person on the phone could barely understand me and thought I was placing another order. I drove back to the restaurant to explain in person, and they still acted totally confused and refused to issue a refund. No concern for my allergy, no accountability for nearly serving me raw meat.

This isn’t just bad service—it’s a serious health risk. Completely unacceptable and honestly dangerous. I’ll never eat here again, and if you value your health or basic customer service, you shouldn’t either.

Got my check and it was higher than normal. Got to register and there was a sign that said a 3.5% discount would be applied for cash transactions. I argued with the owner and he said no that is for card when it plainly said discount is for cash customers.
