I ordered a 16 piece extra crispy family meal, well they had a 12 minute wait if I wanted it extra crispy so I decided original would do. I wanted mashed potatoes AND GRAVY with my two other sides to be corn and mac n cheese. I had to wait anyhow so I should've just asked for the extra crispy but the bad part is the chicken wasn't even fresh, it was like they dipped it back in the grease it was so soggy. I did NOT get the gravy with my order which is like half the reason to go there. But to top it off the corn was dried out like it was almost deer corn. Like how do you mess up corn? It's literally just CORN???? I paid 56$ for literally the whole meal to be messed up. Well, the mac n cheese was good but that's about it

The last two times I've placed an order online, something has gone wrong. The first time, they waited until the last minute, 20 minutes AFTER I placed the order, to call and tell me it would be 25 minutes for my food because they need it for other orders.
Today, I scheduled the pick up to be at 6, i placed it at 5:24pm, I get there and still had to wait 10-15 minutes for my food. There was another gentleman waiting for his food that had been placed online an hour beforehand!
THEN, on top of all that, I get home and instead of having 2 sides of gravy to go with my 2 large mashed potatoes, I got one small cup with one scoop of mashed potatoes with gravy. I have no gravy for my 2 large mashed potatoes.
The entire crew didnt know what they were doing, kept blaming someone else for the problems at hand and I couldn't tell who the manager was since it didnt seem like anyone was leading anyone. They need to figure out how to better manage their shifts and rush times, absolutely ridiculous.

Got the leg and thigh box with mashed potatoes and gravy, a drink and a snack. They did not give me the coupon discount, but corrected it when I told them. For years you got the gravy and potatoes in separate bowls. Now, they put it the same bowl to give you less potatoes and less gravy.

we ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches to go, and when we got home they were floating in sauce..worse chicken we ever had. and the inside of the chicken was mushy

Tenders were poor quality and quantity....small skinny overcooked and more crust than meat...also too salty. Meat in all three might have made one.
Went to get dinner Fri. afternoon. Ordered 12 piece chick strip dinner. Got home chicken strips were rock hard and burnt up. Call and complained, manger told me to come back and they would replace it. Told her it would be another day because I live in greene co. and it was along drive. Went today to get replacement meal. The person that waited on me was a very rude person. That alone was enough to never go back. But I get home and chichen is rock hard and burnt. I will never go back there. Worst chicken ever. The only reason for one star is because you have to rate them something. They need negative stars.

I work for door dash and have had nothing but bad experiences here. They never have orders ready. The store is never busy but somehow can’t get an order together. I’m here now waiting on 8pc extra crispy chicken and they told me it will be 15 minutes. I literally have not had 1 on time order from this place in over 15 orders I’ve done at KFC ROGERSVILLE. Sure hope they can get a decent manager/crew here soon. Looking at all the reviews prior to this one, it seems to be a common thing.
