Ordered takeout...8 piece meal with potatoes and corn.Potatoes and corn were fine.Chicken was slimy and oily. One piece was so overcooked you couldn't even pull it apart.Totally disgusting!!!Do they put all the bad pieces in takeout orders??

First off, I would like to talk about how good the customer service was. I was addressed as soon as I came in by who I assume is the shift leader. She had it TOGETHER. Super friendly, the food was super fresh and super good, overall I had a super experience. I forgot I was at KFC. They’ve really upped their game.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access

I ordered Christmas Eve dinner on December 22, to be picked up on December 24. I got there 3-4 minutes early to pickup and was told they were out of chicken! I’d have to wait at least 30 more minutes for my food.my family was waiting at home for the food, so they could eat and go to their next stop for the day, so I no choice but to leave empty handed, with nothing for any or them to eat. This was hugely disappointing on Christmas Eve. I won’t trust them again for my family gathering needs.

I have place 4 or 5 mobile orders here. Each time they had not started my order until I arrived and asked for it. Today's order had a 5 piece nugget and 12 piece. They forgot one and put 8 in the other.

Not a fan of ANY fast food but this place is spotless. The chicken(extra crispy) was great, fresh as were the sides. My girl is a big dan of their coleslaw & that too was tasty. The young lady who took my order was very pleasant & had a smile on!

Got incorrect change back and no receipt. Ordered a famous bowl combo and Mac and cheese bowl combo. Was rushed to park in a parking spot to wait for my food, Chicken in bowls was most certainly sitting much longer than it should have been - overly dry. Was missing fries out of the bag from the Mac combo. Not sure why they made us wait an extra 5 minutes for par to none on the quality of food and still managed to miss items.
Forgot my $5+ chicken sandwich today. After sitting ten minutes for tenders. Didn't get home until it was to late to go back. Pretty annoyed and hope they give me one without an issue when I go back tomorrow.

I work with people with disabilities and every time we come in here (multiple times a week) they treat the individuals so great they are super nice to us always talk to us ask how are day is going and the food has always been great the staff is very friendly and just awesome and they play Christian music highly recommend them

I came to this location for a doordash pick up. The lady at the front asked me for my credentials. Naturally I was confused and ask what she meant. I don't believe the woman even knows what the word credentials even means. Someone should inform her the definition of credentials. Instead of clarifying that she needed to verify the customer name, order number or to verify the pickup. she became extremely irritated, hostile and rude. She very rudely and angrily stated "we have to do this with everyone" and placed the order on the opposite side of the counter instead of handing to me, still without stating what exactly she was requesting (name, order, pickup Verification) nothing. Most merchant on the platform do things differently. Some want order number, some want to see your verify the pickup and some just want you to sign the reciept.Then I started to ignore the belligerent woman while she was still loudly trying to engage hostility with me. I started speaking with another employee that i will just cancel the order instead. The other employee stated that I didn't have to do that. I then showed the other employee the name, order number and had her watch me confirm pick up. As I was leaving the store the belligerent and hostile woman was yelling out the door something about door dash that I didn't catch as the door was shutting. I have done a large amount of orders from all the merchants in the area and surrounding areas. I have never once in my career as a courier been treated with such hostility and animosity. The incident was reported and recorded through support. I refuse as a courier to do business with this location. And i also refuse to do business with this location as a customer.
