I went to this long johns yesterday. I got a 16 piece family meal, 6 fish 10 chicken. Fries, green beans, slaw, and cheese bites. Added a seashares popcorn shrimp. For the same price I could eat at red lobster. I do wish ljs had more sides to choose from and I hate the waffle fries, but they forgot to include them in my order anyway. The fish and chicken was good and fresh. The hush puppies were a little old but edible. Slaw was good. My other complaint is the consistency of the chicken. I expect my chicken to be chicken tender sized but 6 of the pieces were chicken nugget sized but still counted as a whole piece. That's a ripoff. I love the cheese bites but eat them fresh because later it's like gnawing on rubber. They are probably fried cheese flavored micro plastics anyway. Popcorn shrimp were good but overpriced at 13.99 for the amount you get. Next time if I am going to get fish I will go to red lobster to spend my $80.

This is disgusting there should never be cockroaches in a food place this place should be shut down or close to get cleaned Me and my friend and her grandma went to go eat here and when we got up to throw away our trays, there was a German cockroach next to the bench we were sitting on inside of the building

Ordered our food and finally made it to the window. Guy takes our money but doesn't return for 13 mins. He kept waiting on those walking in. When he did return he asked if we'd gotten blah blah and my husband said no. Guy says we'll that's weird and just stands there starring at his screen like he's frozen in time. Then he again walks away to wait on the lobby. He returns 12 mins later with our order and mumbled something incoherent. 35 mins for 2 PCs of fish, 1 piece of chicken, 2 hush puppies, 1 slaw, 1 green bean.

I'm giving this Long John Silvers a 0. It made me give them 1 star And this wasn't even my experience it was my daughter's. She found a hair in her hush puppy it was taken back to the cashier. She gave my daughter another one in the place low and behold when she bites into that one she finds another hair. My mom takes that one back the manager tells my mom to go throw it that it was in sanitary of course it was it came from your employee. Recommend they use hair nets. As a manager of a company myself he should have been empathetic with her apologize to her for not just once but twice it happening that didn't happen heck even offer the money back. But better yet they made my family feel as if they was doing something wrong if you can don't eat at this nasty restaurant

There was a line from the drive thru window to the front of the store waiting on food. I paid $30. For two platters, no drinks. I got home and some of my order was missing from both platters. Always something left out. I don't mind the wait least I know the food is hot but please put everything in my order. Both claws was left out.
