The girl taking the order in the drive-thru was rude... My order was not right at all but there were so many people already waiting that I just left They raise the prices on everything but can we get decent service? Totally disappointed My grandson wanted extra fries but as you can see.. Nope didn't happen 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

The food , big Mac , cheeseburgers and French fries were actually ice cold and as sloppy as can be ! The big Mac looked like a blindfolded 1 year old had put it together . The cheeseburgers were horribly overcooked and totally dried out , and the fries were so cold , overly greasy and had way too much salt . I would say that over 3/4 of our order went into the trash !! Seriously McDonald's people , have a little pride , make the customers the food as if it were for you or your family . Also , the restaurant itself was very messy , many of the tables not been cleaned off or washed and there were overflowing trash cans in the lobby .. I can't say anything about that place as far as it being a good meal in a clean restaurant ! Come on McDonald's , you can do so much better !! 😢 👎

Chicken was not cooked through all the way, food was cold & we had to wait a good amount of time for our order. I understand it was a large order however if you ask the customer to pull up into a parking spot, tell them their order is not finished cooking just yet & then it's brought out cold with undercooked chicken involved, that becomes a major problem. I do not recommend this restaurant.
