Never a bad experience! Food is always fast and delicious. Very rarely do I get an order that is missing something. When I have, they have always given me what I was missing free of charge and even given me an extra item which I appreciate! It's a privilege to me living in a location where Pal's is at. You can’t beat a big Pal burger with fries & a sweet tea!

Pala is the only place that's always fast hets your order right and hasn't raised prices since Biden destroyed our wallets. I love pals. It will be lined out to the highway and still I'm through there and earing in 10 min. And they have great food but the cheddar rounds and gravy biscuits are my usual breakfast cheddars never get old!Dietary restrictions: My Dad's a diabetic and he'll go through and get just the patty for a burger and it's good for him. They actually have really good quality meat. I used to get it alot too when I was competing bodybuilding or strongman because you can take in alot of protein fairly cheaply without alot of bad grease or carbsParking: There's only a few spots but pals is strictly a drive thruKid-friendliness: No happy meals but if your kids won't eat pals they need to see a drWheelchair accessibility: It's just a drive thru, so completely accessible

Hubby went and grabbed us each a burger and fries. So quick, made to order (I'm really picky), and the fries are so good I can eat them even after I let them get cold. Fast food that's good food is rare, thanks for stellar service ??Dietary restrictions: I can't eat tomatoes and I have jaw issues, but they had no problem catering to my request (sounds normal, but it's a toss up nowadays) and my burger was moist so chewing was easy.

We had order burgers and fries sat in line when we got our food it was cold the cheese wasn't melted the sweet tea was good.
My go-to when I am visiting family in East TN. Love to bring my middle and west TN friends to get some cheddar rounds. Would love for Pal's to spread westward!
