Put an online order in at 5:57pm, arrived at the drive through at 6:20pm and the employee said it would be another 15 minutes. I pulled in a parking spot and waited 25 minutes. Pulled back around only to be told it was about to be put into the oven and should be another 10 minutes. I then waited another 20 minutes.

This place is a joke!!!! Took nearly $100 for my order and never brought the food!! Then told me in about 7 days I should get my money back so don’t worry about it?? I own several businesses and this is the worst experience I’ve had with any food company! I even tipped the driver $25 for a 6 minute drive to deliver it and never got anything! Everyone in the building is wearing house slippers or just socks with no shoes. Local code enforcement will be called! This place should be shut down!!!

Not good when employees let thier kid run around the store barefoot. This disgusting child sat there picking her nose and eating it, then was touching the counters putting her bare feet on the walls struck up a conversation with a woman than those same boogie covered fingers picked up the womans food and moved it so she could sit on the bench. First off no one comes there to be harrassed by someones child, not to mention the huge health and safety violations. One incident she had a kitten in the store behind the counter. Employees take cash and cards go right back to making food, no hand washing. Some how they got 100 on the health inspection, only place I have seen in rogersville that scored 100. There is no way thats possible, they always find something wrong. I don't recommend eating from here until they clean up thier act.

My whole entire order was wrong. Got Mushrooms and ordered no Mushrooms on one and ordered the New York pepperoni and got a cheese pizza. And been trying to call to get credit for the mistake and and their phone is giving a recording saying the number can't be connected at this time.
