Today 9/18/24, I had a mobile order , then made a second order of medium blast with m & m and heath. I was charged for both. The entire blast was ice cream and like 30 m& Ms on the top- none mixed in and no heath bar at all. I was thoroughly ☹️! But the Coney dogs were great from mobile order
They took out about 12 drive view lots for mible orders

Took for ever to get our order. When we informed them it was incorrect the young lady preceded with the other employees to mock us. When I spoke to the manager the same young woman who was so nasty about having to fix our order, after being told repeated to stop by the assistant manager still tried to act threatening through the door. After finally having our food fixed the same young woman and 2 other employees were acting a fool. Absolutely deplorable behavior at no time should a customer complaint to management turn to the point of physical aggression from the employees. I have reported to location to corporate.

Very aggravated with how long of a wait it was for food. 30 min wait just for 2 corn dogs and 1 shake. They have went down hill very badly. They always claim to be short staffed, food a lot of times is cold or incorrect and sits forever before they will bring it out to you. Clearly something is going on at this location and I’m assuming it’s management due to no staff.

Secret menu has some excellent choices on it! Strawberry banana cream slush is a must try if you havent already.
Odered a head on the app at 8:06get there at 815 and pushed red button set there 20 min until got a answer then waited until 920 before i got food sorriest service

I absolutely hate visiting this sonic not only are they rude apparently there dang ice machine is 40 years old and doesn’t work properly when it’s warm outside because they offer there signature ice by the bags but you make the trip and get told no and they will not sell you any cups of ice as well I will never buy anything else from them this is the 3 rd time and summer just began!!!!
