Horrible experience, they have a mobile app that doesn’t work. Keyed in order twice and it failed both times. Then had to manually order the food via the microphone system. They would not honor the $4 off the $17 purchase due to not using the app. Well the app don’t work, duh!! They would not manually provide the $4 discount and couldn’t get the app to work themselves.

Will not be returning to this location and most likely not to sonic as well $34 for garbage food and service.

The slowest service in the state, my wife went in food city across the street and got our 2 weeks worth of groceries and I didn’t even get my 1 ice cream yet.

We ordered food and this is how it went

1. The chilli dog and burger was great

2. Our tator tots were super crunchy

3. Our drinks were good

4. They gave us no fork for the chilli dog.. and no sonic mints at all.. which is sad case my favorite part is the mints

I used DoorDash. Listen… I don’t know who was making the burgers on Friday, July 18th, 2025 at approximately 3:30 p.m. but good grief! Honest to goodness, it was the best burger I’ve had in a good long time. Give him/her a raise!

Slushie machine was down and that's the only thing we went for. Also, sonics app is absolute garbage. I am unable to use it at all because it wants to verify my phone number but it just keeps restarting and going in circles . I probably won't be visiting Sonic for a while, until these issues are fixed. Last 2-3 times we've gone to Sonic, ended up leaving for one reason or another. There is some sort of problem every time we visit a sonic so just gonna steer clear for a while

We placed an order on the mobile app to insure we ordered everything correctly. However, our order was far from it. We ordered an All-American hot dog and literally received a foot long cut in half. Two different types of meats. The toppings were incorrect and none of the requested additional condiments were received. Burgers were crisp and burned. Fries were okay, but room temperature. We had not ate at Sonic in some time but was craving a nice hot dog. Unfortunately, our meal was a complete disaster.

Our order was almost completely wrong. Plus ordering and service was slow. And isn’t it sad that half of their ordering stalls are broken or missing a menu board entirely! Bad potholes at the entry also. Poor poor management…
