The new assistant manager was very rude to me and my family and refused to remake my drink the right way when she was the one that messed up. Coming from a person of color that doesn’t make me feel good. I won’t be back!!!

I admit we came in close to closing but still had about 10-15min left before closing. Girls were sitting on the floor on their phones and wouldn’t take our order. If you close at 9 and I come in before then, especially 10 mins before, my order should have been taken

My first experience I ordered a white chocolate mocha and got a cup of hot chocolate. I stopped in thos morning and waz told they has no coffee. We have decaf they said but no coffee. What starbucks has no coffee?

My family and I got drinks here and they was amazing! We got a twix, double chocolate, apple pie and a banana split and all 4 of the drinks was amazing. Service was also very great! Recommend to anyone. If u have a picture with a recipe they will make it!.

I’ve never had an issue with wait times like some of the other reviewers, but perhaps I’ve just hit them at an off time.Service is usually fast and it’s a simple visit. 4 stars because the drink quality is usually dependent on the barista working, but it’s Starbucks so I set my expectations generally lower.

I get that a new business will have teething pains and because of that I have not written previously. But the place has been open long enough now that the wait time should not be so long. One customer was ahead of me when I arrived at the kiosk. It took the barista five minutes or so to tend to that customer. I ordered a flat white, and the drink was prepared well. But again, the wait time was excessive. I haven’t given up yet but please you guys - do better.

I get that they are short on cups. But don’t charge me full price for 2 grandes because you can’t fill my order properly for a trenta! I should have been charged the trenta price and you put it in whatever cups you have. Bad for business!
