Ordered online 9-3-25. Normally go to the one at Walmart but wanted to see if this one had any other variety of happy Gilmore 2 cups. We ordered 2. When I went to go get our food she said they were out of cups. I asked if I would get a refund and she said she had no idea about that and just walked away. Didn’t offer anything else to replace it, just walked away and ignored me. I know it was only 2 dollars but money is money. Don’t go here. Go to Walmarts subway. They are much better and nicer.

Went to subway to eat today 7-1-25. I had put in a mobile order and it said to be there around 5:35. I’ve gotten there a couple minutes early so we parked for a couple minutes. Around the time we suppose to go around we did. Got to the order machine and pressed for help to let them know that I was there to continue out with my order. After driving around there was a van in front of us so we had to wait a couple of minutes. When we got to the window we proceeded to stare at our food on the rack for around 10-15 minutes. A worker came outside to take trash out not once, but twice continuously staring at the car both times. Upon being done with trash she came to the window looked at us then proceeded to walk away. Finally a guy named Steven came to give us our order. I tried asking who the lady was that answered back there because we been sitting there waiting after then telling us to proceed to the second window. He tried denying us ever pushing the button blatantly lying to our faces. Upon him trying to lie I mentioned that upon ordering I was talking to my mom that she knows angie(the manager. He then proceeds to be a smart Alec mentioning that was his mom was the manager, basically trying to hold that contacting her won’t do anything because of the fact that his mom was the manager. Steven then decided to chuckle and slam the window shut and walk away.

Screwed my order up and gave me a completely wrong sandwich on my lunch went back to get it fixed and they screwed it up again with wrong bread, cheese, toppings and not toasting it but atleast got it close enough that I could deal with it. Will not being going back ever

absolutely the worst customer service. I placed am online order, went to pick it up and was told they didn't have it. I checked the app to see the order was placed and confirmed it came out of my checking account. When I told the employee this, her response was "that's happened a lot and there is nothing I can do about it."

Went to the subway in rogersville that's in Walmart. Had to wait there for about 5 to 7 minutes for her to get talking to some man. It wasn't a customer notice she have them plastic gloves on touching her face playing on her phone with the glove she uses for the food decided I do not want to ever eat here again. Needs to change her gloves. Is she going to be touching things like that? No thank you, Subway

Sub was delicious.Experience wasn't the greatest.Although I ordered online and left a 20% tip, they were not friendly. It probably wasn't before by the fact that when I got there they were just beginning to build my sandwiches.So, at every step of the way, I had to ask them to follow my requests on the app.Could I have extra olives please?I asked for that extra toasted.And each time, they seemed annoyed.I was polite, friendly, and true to engage nicely.In the end, I got my sandwiches the way I wanted them. And they were delicious!The experience, however, was not.
