I ordered through DoorDash and then called to make sure they got the double meat and the lady said yes when I got it it didn’t have double meet and so I called they wrote my name down and said next time tell them they will give me free double meet so I just ordered and called to get it the lady was very rude and said I’m busy I got to get off here idk how to do that so I said well can you at least see if my name is written down or give me my money back and she hung up rudely

They need better staff. We order lunch here once a week and it’s always incorrect. It’s like they don’t even look at what options we choose. We will moving our orders to the Subway at the old Wendy’s building. The lady working at this location is always frustrated, in a hurry, or we have to wait for her to show up…

Had to wait an hour for my sandwich, which wasn’t even what I ordered, paid extra for things I didn’t even get, and get home to discover I wouldn’t even feed this garbage to my dogs. Ordered Mayo, got none, ordered flat bread, got plain white, the order was cold and looked like it hadn’t even been toasted. Do not recommend here at all. I wasn’t the only one who was waiting for an hour for my food either.

The lady did not wash her hands or change gloves after touching money. She was very rude to the customers. Also the lady is zoning in and out must be in drugs. Do not go to this subway.

We have started utilizing this subway since the other rogersville location can not only get a single order correct, but has the audacity to threaten customers who call to ask for it to be made correctly!This location gas routinely made our order correctly ever since.Tonight however, we discovered after getting gome that one sandwich was made very wrong. Mistakes happen! No biggie right? But, it would have helped a great deal if instead of ignoring a ringing phone for 15 consecutive minutes, the workers could answer so that the sandwich could've been made when I came back & I might have been able to avoid waating another 15 min waiting for it to be made again. ?
